Hello, I am Serephurus. Many may now know me due to my amazing accomplishment: 94 magic. Well, it doesn't end there. Serephurus simply won't take 94 magic. Instead, he wants to become the Master of Magic.

Now, I will show you how I am going to accomplish this ultimate level:

Week 1: Enchant 10,000 shapes with level-6 enchant. [X]

Week 2: Enchant 10,000 more shapes. [X]

Week 3: Alchemy 15,000 yew longbows. [X]

Week 4: Alchemy 15,000 yew longbows. [begun]

Week 5: Alchemy 11,000 yew longbows.

This will get me 99 magic.

Why do I want this?

^ Pretty much answers it.

94 Magic

Hello, this is Serephurus. Some may know me, some may not, but I am going for 94 mage. I am currently in Phase 2 (almost to Phase 3/3).

I am high alching yew longbows in order to achieve my goal. I already had a thread about this, which is here. This is just my blog to tell about my progress every day.

Here is the first entry.

Saturday, September 23, 2006:

I was stringing 3k yew longs(u) last night, and decided to alch 500. Today, I decided to alch as many as I could in 3 hours.

Total alched: 2,500 / 4,000

Left to alch: a little below 10k (for 82 mage)

Level achieved: 79 mage

Randoms: WOM(x2), Frogs, Dr. Jekyll (x2), Evil Bob(x2), Certer(x2), Evil Chicken -Strange coincidence, huh? I had almost 2 times all of the above random events.

-Note: I was Sara Striking Dr. Jekyll and owning him, dealing damage every cast.

Money Generated: 1.92M

And for my side-quest of 99 fletching:

I alched the rest of the bows this night.

I have strung 7,005/7,000 yew longbows in 3 hours.

My goal is to have enough ready by the end of this week so I can just straight alch for my 82 mage, which completes phase 2.

In other news...

I did a little stunning for 90xp each cast. It was kind of fun, but very slow. So, I only did about 70 stuns.

I alched around 2700 yew longs, just enough for 82 mage.

I will be taking a week-long break, and will be RCing.

Well, I just got 36 RC and over 3.3k Cosmic Runes, which I will use for Onyx enchant at 87 mage.

Ok, today I decided to do a bit of PKing with ice blitz. Here's the story (Don't flame me for attacking an RCer because I thought he was an abyss PKer, I even told him I didn't know he was.)

Level 68 runs by me in robes, I think "Hey, why not I test out my mage on a fellow mage?" So, I attacked. The blitz missed for some reason, probably because he had around the same mage level or his mage was higher.

He gets mad, and runs off.

A level 88 meleer in full rune, obsidian cape, obsidian shield, and wearing a glory comes to where I was, he sees me, makes a mad dash toward the abyss so he could PK some RCers.

I just ice blitz him in one spot in level 2 before he could make it to t he RCers. I keep hitting 25s and have him nearly killed when all of a sudden, the level 86 comes out of nowhere and ranges me. (He was wearing full black d'hide and a fire cape.) I just run out because he ruins my battle, and also I couldn't win against the ranger because his range was like 90.

So, I'm kind of mad because the ranger saved the warrior and I was forced to retreat. By the way, the only thing the meleer did was turning on protect from mage, which did absolutely nothing.

Oh well. I just switched worlds and met a new friend that was RCing, and this noob in full monk dds specials him. The guy just put on range gear and owned him, making the guy run. I even decided to fight the abyss PKer in a 1-on-1 fight, and was owning him with my 82 mage. I only ate a few times when he DDS specialed me at the beginning of the fight; he ate almost a full inventory of food in a manner of a minute because I did things like 21, 23, 25, 15.... So, I guess he tried to protect his full monk robes. :lol:

I've come back from my week of break from mage training, but I did spend half of the day doing a slayer assignment.

Strung: 3.6k/4k yew longs

Levels: 85 fletching =P~

Monday, October 9, 2006:

Strung 2.5k yew longs.

October 10, 2006:

Strung 2400 yew longs

Levels: 86 fletching

October 11, 2006:

Strung 2000 yew longs.

Friday, October 13:

I alched 2k yew longs.

Saturday, October 14:

I alched 3k yew longs.

Levels Obtained: 83 mage (Didn't get a picture.)

Just finished all my alchs for 85 mage. Now is the time to go out and make a little money for supplies as I have been losing a little with the alching.

I strung 5k yew longs on Sunday, and 2.5k today.

That's 7.5k/11k to go, should start alching by Friday. Then maybe about 8k-9k done by the end of the weekend (alchs). Do the Halloween event, then spend 2 weekdays alching the final 2k for 87 mage. Then buy supplies for 90. After 90, I can go test out Ice Barrage with a magic potion.

I hope you guys enjoy the new thread title. The old one was boring.

I strung 2.5k yew longs today, giving me a total of 10k/11k strung.

Finished the remaining 1k yew longs. Now I have all 11,000 for 87 magic. :)

Thursday: Had a game, didn't even get on.

Friday 27: Alched 3,000 yew longbows.

8k left to go.

I alched 3,000 more today.

Got 86 mage.

Was alching too fast to get the level picture though. #-o
