Well the question is quite simple:

Where and how should I use my thieving and magic brawling gloves?

Any exp/h rates and methods would be appreciated (:

Well im not sure about the Thieving ones, but one of the best ways to use your Magic Brawlers would be to stand right at the bottom of the stairs of Bounty Hunter(easy to go to a PK free spot if you see people coming and its in the wildy) and enchant Diamond Bolts. Diamond bolt enchanting is about 125k exp a hour with normal rates so with Brawlers you should be able to get outrages Exp.

Do NOT go BH, it isn't safe at all, and the bank moves making it awquard to drop stuff off if you are attacked. The best for mage is to get somebody else who needs to use them up or just wants to mage train, go into lvl 1 wilderness above edgy stunning and charging each other.

Ill check it out right now, give me a second.

It is not a KP safezone, just checked it out. Sorry :s You can still use this area though, just use the world with the least ammount of Player in (in a pvp world) and have your 1-click teletab in your invt along with everything you need to Enchant. if anyone comes near you looking for a fight just tele to Lumbridge.

You will be looking for the most xp per spell, not per hour.

casting stun while wearing sc mage hat and brawlers would own.

You could use it on low level monsters in wildy.

Goals:
94 magic
94 ranged
55 slayer
Addy gloves-done

I have heard that if you wear games neckless, tele to clan wars, do string ammulets, and tele back to castle wars with a dueling ring is very good exp.

I would have thought string amulet or make glass at the mage arena bank would be a pretty safe option as they have to cut the webs to get to you and its one click to escape.
