The only Barrow weapon good for strength if the Great Axe. Maybe try a dragon/rune 2h. If not then stick to dds.

Torag's hammers are plain horrible. I wouldn't recommend Dharok's axe because it wouldn't be complete without its set. Go fetch a Dragon longsword. Why no to scimitar? :-k

Although you have Protection from Magic prayer, it will be very annoying to drink a dose of prayer potion every time your prayer drops by 1. Bring prayer-boosting gear. Switch the frequently-used magic amulet for a holy/unholy symbol and use a prayer book.

Rune essence is used to craft f2p runes (fire, air, mind, water, etc). Pure essence can be used to craft all types of runes (binded runes included). Can only be mined in p2p servers. Check out the Runecrafting Guide for more information.

Rock Crabs or Experiments. They both give great xp but bad/no drops.

Fire runes with duelling ring method. Start at Castle Wars, tele to arena and walk north to fire altar, tele to CW for banking, tele back to arena, repeat. Fast stuff.
