Range benifits your Hitpoints a lot, so I would cross Pest out of my book unless you want the fast experience points. I would downgrade to iron knives and kill Fire Giants - even if it's always crowded. Don't forget Ava's Accumulator.

I think you mean the quickest way to make money. Show us your stats. All I can say right now is pick flax and spin to bowstrings and collect snape grass.
