All of the above, especially fire giants. Though, in my opinion, you should lvl your herblore and do barrows. Much more efficient. how do you mean herblore? lvl is 46 currently, what potions you need? Prayer Potions. Great money.

You can also buy from Legends Guild, which you'll need to complete the quest to enter.

Fire Bolts away. I don't think you'll want to spend ~400gp per cast on Cammy tele. Another alternative is to play Pest Control (join a clan).
