go with the bass. there are too few really good bassists. besides you can get chicks with less training if you go with the bass. :D just kidding, though. from what i've experienced, i can say that bass can come out more difficult than the guitar. at least when you're starting to learn the techniques like 2-handed tapping. (i know it could be used with guitar but i found it harder with bass.) anyways good luck which ever you choose. :thumbsup:

This sounds awfully familiar.. I've died to dozens of randoms doing that. When I hear the sound of a random I just panic and drag my mouse to the tab really fast and it just refreshes the screen. I seriously hate when that happens :evil:

If I remember correctly, if you get banned you get removed from the highscores mate. and your memory serves correctly. they get removed. at least that's what happened to my main that got banned.

Same here. In certain days guitar playing can seem like the last thing I want to do and some days i can play for up to six hours without pauses and still lust for more. It also varies on what i'm playing. if it's a tough lick I will spend more time to master it but with easy stuff i just glance at the notes and play it out. the more challenging it is, the more rewarding.

I just hate that band. They were ok before the eurovision but now they've become too commercial. You can see their faces on the cover of every magazine and they even have a deticated soda brand which is a bit over the top in my opinnion. It's not about the music for them anymore. It's about the fame. Of course I happen to live in Finland so I get to see these products of theirs and it really pisses me off. I suggest that they would just stick to the music..

Just visualize the tabs as the fretboard of your guitar. The line on top of the tab is the string with the highest sound. The line on the bottom is therefor the string closest to you. And then the numbers are the frets you are supposed to play. That's tab reading in a nutshell. Not too difficult, eh?

Dave Lombardo is an awesome drummer. I can't believe no-one has mentioned him. I liked his work on testament in 'the gathering' record. Also I'm quite fond of the style that Tomas Haake plays the drums. They share the title of the best drummer imo.
