How do you get over 1k per hour? I just did a test the other day and on world 2 (fastest ore spawn) using a dragon pick axe it took me 1 minute and 41 seconds to tele there, mine a full pack, bank with a duel ring at castle wars, and tele back. Doing this I would max out at 960 per hour concentrating the whole time.

Well I'm trying to get the karamja gloves 3, and the only task I have left is to become the champion of the Fight Pits. I've never done the fight pits before, and I was just wondering how I can win at this? My Stats: Attack 93 Strength 95 Defence 91 Ranged 95 Prayer 65 Mage 86 HP 97 So whats gonna be a good strategy for going in there, also, what gear should I use? (Not a lot of cash to use on this, just bought a dragon pickaxe since I'm gonna be mining a lot.)

Definately, I went from having my worlds taken from me to being able to take worlds just by changing my amulet.

I got a charged glory amulet now and I'm doing great and beating everyone. It made a big change.

So I'm minning in shilo vilage at the gem rocks. I have 73 mining, an obsidian golem, and a rune pick. I was doing alright, until a guy comes up with a mith pick and 42 mining. He's beating me out on almost all of the rocks, I;m getting about 2 out of 7 of the rocks. How is this possible? Does level and type of pick axe not matter?

So freeze them with an ice spell, then stand a space away from them and mage em with the black sallly then?

I was just curious as to what the best method of doing barrows would be for me. I had a method using safe spots for killing the melee bros and using guthans to heal up after karil and ahrim, but Jagex got rid of all of the safe spots from what I can tell, so I guess no more 40+ chests per trip for me. Now I need to know how I should approach this.... I'm using an obsidian golem while I power mine granite from 72 to 77 mining, and I was wondering if the +7 mining bonus from the golem was invisible or is there some way you have to activate it?

So I have enough charms to get from 70 to 82 summoning and just bought all of the secondaries that I need. I still have about 26m left and was just wondering what is the best way to get spirit shards? Is there any way to get them cheaper than 25gp each?

Yeah, I think I'll just continue to mine iron at piscatoris and use a dueling ring to bank. Having to boost so much would just be annoying. Remember that the new ardy cloak gives a teleport to the monastery which is the closest teleport to iron anywhere and it's free too :thumbup: . Oh, thanks for that tip. I'm just coming back to the game after about a 6 month break and I just figured this was still fastest, I'll have to get an ardy cloak then.

Ok, so I just got 72 mining and I want to go to the living rock cavern already. If I get a desert wyrm familiar (+1 mining invisible boost) will I be able to mine the guys once I kill them (73 mining required) or will the invisible boost do nothing? If it does nothing, would a dwarven stout allow me to mine them?

Thanks, I forgot it worked pretty well at barrows, just did a run and got a double drop on my second chest, got veracs brassy and dharoks axe. :thumbsup:

OK, so I just bought a set of Veracs for killing the kalphite queen, but aside from that, what are some things to do where this set really shines?

I took a terrorbird filled with sharks, and went with my best friend. On about the fourth or fifth kill we go a dragon 2h, shared between us for 686k each, pretty successful slayer task already. :thumbsup:

Alright guys, stop this pointless debate. You're basically just going back and forth saying "I've seen this." "No, I've seen this." So until one of you can post a link to some solid info, this is just pointless.

I'd say just use a rune cross bow with broad bolts, full black d hide, fury, archer ring, a face mask/slayer helm, accumulator, and zammy book. Use a bunyip and take some food, but they drop food to so it shouldn't be to hard to stay healed up. Edit: You have 99 def and hp, so yeah, you should do fine and not have many hp issues.

For the second question, they're Waterfiends, and they're quite resistant to ranged as I found out at 89 ranged, so I wouldn't suggest ranging them at 70.
