My leaving drop party on wednesday was pretty good in my opinion. I only dropped around 55mil, but it was split between 6 players. Everyone got at least 8mil each.

Same thing happened to me just before i quit. It is a bug and came the same day security stronghold was released, you can't pray because he's legs don't move properly and you can't hear his attacks because you have healers hitting you. I posted it in the "fight caves without guthans" thread, or it was named similiarly, can't be assed to check. EDIT: someone already posted the link to it at the top of this page :?

Hmm, odd, when I wore my dragon skirt no body said anything at all, untill I asked them to be my girlfriend, that is. I suggest you just ignore them, it's really quite stupid to waste money on the legs, skirt has same stats and weighs less. If anyone else says anything just mention that mystic, ahrims, guthan and verac (all very good armour sets) also use skirts.

Shame he ALWAYS starts with a range attack, never mage.

I was under the impression they gave 30xp, not 130. If it is 130 i might make the 800 or so i need for 82 herblore. But, i doubt it.

Doesn't really effect me, i have the worst barrows luck i've ever heard of :P And DON'T go getting someone with even worse luck than me to show me up!

That's about the ratio of good to bad clue rewards I've seen. This weekend I got a clue from a Steel Dragon with a lousy reward so it's not the monster level that has anything to do with the quality of the reward. we've known for ages the reward has nothing to do with the level of monster which dropped it.

Yes, The tokkul you recieve as a reward is the combat level of everyone in the pits at once, meaning with just two of you the most you can get is 252 tokkul - if you're both level 126.

I've done about 8 clues since the update and only half decent item i've got has been a zammy page. Got one on me now from cave horrors though, might aswell do it now. Better than this hopeless camping for a black mask. EDIT:I did the clue and got this as a reward, my best reward yet (although the Sara plate i got ages ago was worth more due to price drops) here it is: although it seems like it may have changed, it's still only 1 out of 9 that has been decent :?

I am completely amazed that no one has quoted this complete and utter ignorant "person" yet. sorry about your loss, just do some primary skills (wc, mine or fish) and get it back pretty quickly. you can wc maples for about 200k a day easily.

It would greatly interest me if anyone at all managed to get from 25gp to a phat without any support from friends (E.G. Donations). As it seems to me the best money making methods in the game are insignificant compared to the rates at which rares rise. Back when i could afford a purple phat they were 10m, i have been a VERY active player since then, so surely constantly making money. However my bank is only worth 40m and purples are about 170 now.

at first i was thinking it was ranger boots and 6k mith arrows at black drags, then i remembered when i was in world 2 and someone died to a random, she dropped quite a few phats etc, i only got an easter egg though. Back then easters were about 2m i think.

On finny i did it at about level 76, first time i died because i went in with rune kite on, it hit 56 or so, switched to dragonfire shield just as it finished with an 11. did it yesterday on my new staker at level 41 though.

The update which made it possible to swap slayer assignments in burthorpe was definitely the best back then for me.
