for all people that say they should have a str lvl or combat lvl requriment look at the lvl 3 skillers like zzzamorak or elishot there both good lvl 3 skillers they dont disurve to have to get str lvl just to weild and item....

Hiya i really need help geting supplies for fletching so I can get the cool cape. It takes to long to get them for mage longs. Also i can't find anyone :( :wall: here are my fletching XP and Level and what stuff i have if you could trad supplies or tell me what to do that would be great :D thanks
