  1. Holy hell. You may no longer say i got lucky with me hilt. You have been busy since you left, goodly so : I do miss you, but it's great to see you doing so well! I love your still-untrimmed magic cape (I'll have one myself soon) and your drops put all of mine to shame. Very amazing! 10 claws is simply that: amazing. Best of luck on more, and keep having fun. Mark
  2. I suppose I owe you a bump : Best of luck with all your goals~ Should you ever have a missing person for a Zilyana trip, give me a call, I'm always up for some hunting! Good luck on both slayer and Attack, magic aswell, though I dunno why you would want to train that, it's not a great skill.........
  3. 2007, before November, the rare market was invincible, or so was thought. Once stakign was removed, many old stakers quit, and sold their rares at rock-bottom prices so they could earn some cash before they abandonded the game. This same effect happened with the removal of the classical wilderness. It did not help that the grand exchange was released then, which caused many people to place their rares in there, in hope of a sell. However, people wouldn't buy them on GX, to expensive, so junk trading because the "way" to get rid of your rares. Before all of this, rares were considered to always rise, for their supply was no-where near the demand. However, nobody cares for them anymore, they are less of a status symbol. They will continue to fall, I doubt that the rare market will ever rise again. Godswords, Sigli shields, armors, and costly skill capes replaced the oldest items.
  4. Your time table is off. Completely. It shows how ignorant you really are. Cannons are still worth using for rangers/slayers. Bows were always shadowed by knives on low defense monsters, such as Fire Giants, possibly the most popular spot a few years ago. Range is powerful, as is magic. If you continue to argue with lies, then argue to a wall. Atleast you can pretend you've won.
  5. Might i suggest zombie monkeys? Relatively AFK with great exp rates.
  6. If I may toot my horn: viewtopic.php?f=103&t=777299 Section 2.1
  7. You should be able to "re-new" your familiar's time by sacrificing a pouch.

If you like it, isn't that enough? ;)
  9. It's because it was unnecessarily vulgar. Melee is powerful, but so is every other combat type. Sure, AGS can hit 78 or so, but range can hit 67 with dragon bolts, and even higher with Dark bow. Don't throw "specs are rare" at me, because High AGS specs are rare if you have a decent defence level. Also, any melee weapon's hit is reduced to 0 if they can't attack their opponent, making magic very deadly.
  10. You cannot run out of a raw material, especially one that is so easily obtainable.
  11. For a guthan hybrid, I only have 82 attack and 87 strength. Solo, would this be enough to kill supreme in time? Also, is bunyip nessecary with guthans? would a tort be more effective?
  12. Construction. d'uh

Well Thank you. Magic can compete with other classes, even beat their weakness in cases.
  14. In my post, I was referring to what the person above me stated. Hybriding should absolutely be allowed, and is fair. I'm just saying that, without hybrids, the triangle would be perfect, and you wouldn't have meleer's with dragonhide to beat mages. Hybriding should and is allowed though, so no worries
  15. If there were no hybrids, the triangle would be perfect.
  16. Not really. When I solo'd Kree'arra, I did make sure what items I would lose should I die, I never bring overly expensive items into risky situations without a back-up plan. (Almost lost armadyl legs when I died at chaos ele on pvp world. Thank god for ancient magick teleports.) Just prepare yourself for the worst. When I do die, I normally lose a chunk, but that hasn't happened in awhile, thankfully.
  17. To each his own. Dragon scimitar is better in trainign terms, and in castle wars or other team effort circumstances. Dragon long can inflict accurate damage, as well as alot of it, and is under-rated. none is better, it's all situational and personal preference.
  18. The poster or the mentioned "noob"? I agree with both.
  19. Dragonhide isn't as resistant as people make it out to be. Plus, if a meleer hybrids and uses dragonhide, use range or melee to splice through it.
  20. The favorite memories are the ones when the game was about fun, not stressing out about goals or efficiency. Reading through this, it really is true. Just have fun with the game, don't worry about costs or exp. Play how you'll enjoy it most.
  21. Wizard's First Rule: People are stupid.
  22. Sorry but this is a factor because this will never happen. Im talking about when your farcasting and while your farcasting someone coming up and attacking you while you are still farcasting. Pj'ers aside. I did say that. They are just as easy to freeze and kill however, but they can be a problem. Jagex needs to make it so a mage that is not hit but attacking should be considered in combat.
  23. not sure, anything would be better then my current one. I'm not to creative. Look Left Dartanian Earthbound Firkus (love that name)
  24. I can't kill people properly. I kill them, but I use magic, so I have no combat skills apparently. And these are the same people who "no honor" and belive in doing anything to win or stay alive. I wonder if this irony slaps them in the face.

Heh, I've had several attempts to gain defenders, I have an iron and haven't had any motivation to continue. It takes to long, plus I have a DFS. I don't melee much anyways.
