Bumpity :thumbsup: I'm sorry, i was weak. I got 79 prayer, and went to mien the 70 runite ores for 80. Well, after the first 35 ores, I went and bought runes for the first time in a few weeks, and barraged the bloody-hell out of people. ;) Soooo, I'm kinda behind on my goal, but I'll bring myself down to the mine again eventually. Just wanted to post some words so it wasn't a bland bump. :?

AFter spending alot of time with dragon claw'ers, I found their weakness. Magic Short bow. IT hits FASTER then the claws, allowing an extra hit between the Claw's specs, and, combine with veng, I've dealt over 72 damage in two shots with the bow. That guy was KO'ed so quickly, I wish I had it on video. Find new ways to use the skills to your advantage. Find weaknesses. Who would have thought a 30m piece of equipment could be dispatched by a handful of runes, and a 3k bow?

And Range/magic are NOT flexible? Put on Torags helm and equip a shield, and you have a Tank ranger with great melee defences. a -2 attack for using the helm for 60+ defences seems pretty fair to me.

This is the third or fourth thread I've seen in my four years of playing, with the exact same concept and plan.

. Wear Torag's helm. That'll be 400k AND you protect it. Plus get your defence up. At 71, what do you expect? JAGEX. JAva Gaming EXperts. And stop being an obvious jerk. This is basically the same argument as posting the Video's and saying "Melee is over-powered." Do actual research, no class is favored, it is just easier to use some. Melee you click on opponenet, and you keep attacking. Wow. Lotta skill needed. Range requires some movement if you don't just sit around and let your opponent smack you around. Use the landscape to your advantage.

:wall: Magic is fine. Just make a way that we can stay in combat while attacking a person from far away. I'm tired of PJ'ers. If they make Magic so that every little idiots can use it, then I really have no more desire to play. It's a tactical skill, use smarts over weapons, and figure out strengths and weaknesses.

We've been over this: 1) Ranger's can combo 124 damage with Blitz + Dark Bow. 2) Vids show nothing. Yes, there are high melee hits, but look at Range Tank vids. 60s with D bolts, 70 specs with Dark Bows, and these are regular hits! 3) I can hit mid 30s with Diamond bolts without a spec, and accurately on Rune Armor. Range easily competes with melee. Having problems with a GS? Add Veng and easily KO them with their own hits. 4) While in PvP, I only died to a Dhaoker because of a KO ONCE. And he was red-barred after. Range hits accurately and hard, so, with the right timing, I veng'ed and shot, taking him from some 60 hp to below 10. In one turn. Range can easily hit 30 in the next for the KO. Stonepilot: Whip can hit around the 40s MAX on players. Dark Bow cannot hit double 90s. 48-48, yes. Magic's max for 1 hit is 32, unless a castle wars.

I don't find it annoying at all, but, meh, to each his own. I only eat the papayas anyways, unless I'm in between a spawn. Still, 69-88 is a huge jump, and anywhere inbetween that, I'd recommend the Bat. It's a pity to see you leaving, you're a great guide writer, and are always finding new ways to do whatever-it-is you do.

I did it this weekend. Used about 5. Just bring some terrorbirds, ancient mace for spec, and rapid heal.

Beatrix Kiddo was the DEADLIEST in the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad. As cool as Pia Mai is, he died to easily (Lousy Elle). A better acronym would have been the Crazy 88 against Kiddo. Geez, get the movie references right. I LOVE Kill Bill.

Am I the only person in the world who isn't hindered by the Bat's micro-management? It isn't difficult to pick up papayas inbetween attack turns.

You can't really use it well at GWD or Mithril Dragons. With the Unicorn, all you have to do is click a button. For the bat, you must click, pick up, and cut some things. You will recieve MUCH more damage during that time. You also loose time eating. Chances are you are going to get hit while eating 2-5 things. Its only good while safespotting. Unicorn is for the lazy. And I mostly only eat papaya's, unless it is in between a spawn. Plus, you can click scroll, and not interfere with attack. Then, the moment you shoot/attack, pick up the papaya, then click "attack," right after. You'll end up with the same attack speed as you normally would. And I cut nothing, it isn't worth it. Focus only on papayas. That's just at GWD too. I went on a trio Kree'arra today, and didn't have to brew once my bat came out. Then again, I'm good at clicking and quick attacking (mage reflexes) but I'm sure anybody could pull this off.

Well, this seems like just another attempt to get ideas whilst you spam the Help and Advice forum. However, when I realized that none of my friend's Dk'ed or went to GWD anymore, and my hilt money was out, I got 85 mining. It is a steady 500k per hour, very easy and enjoyable. Plus I can always mine it in new ways, but I tend to burn out on the 60+ ore trips.

Green dragons? :wall: Try out herb farming if you want ,it's easy, fun, and nets in profit in the long run. For the record: Quick cash with a non-boring activity? Good luck.

Aww, I'm sorry NoMore #-o It's a sign, pay 4m and String. You can visage hunt and train slayer or whatever you did to deserve those first two. : BTW, I calculated the prices I'd need for 99 construction, and it'll take me 23 hours and 86m with mahogany, or 42 hours and 56m for oaks. This may be my final project, but we'll see, eh? You still owe me some Combat fun, hopefully I'll restore some funds beforehand. Keep it up :thumbsup:

Green dragon bore me. They are annoying and a hassle. Runite mining is easy and AFK'able, and consistent with money. I grab a pick, slap on my mourner's, and go. Not to complex. Oh, and addy mining is very profitable, even in FTP, especially if you super-heat it. Yes, mining is hard to train, but you pay for the rewards. Getting 85 was one of the best choices I made in RS.

Don't stop there! Get 69. regardless of what Kent says, it is the best healer in my honest opinion, and I'm currently level 80. best of bosses atleast, a bit of overkill for slayer.

Please, PLEASE, if you are going to use magic, learn combinations. I don't like Pj'ing, infact I hate it, but you manage good hits.

A good PvP tool: If in multi, try and KO your enemies bunyip. They are only 40 HP. But SQX is right, they only attack when they are attacked.
