I'll answer this... Yes, Jagex is no-longer providing an unsigned version of the RuneScape Java Applet, ever since the ClusterFlutterer update. On the bright side, most of the bots got nuked out of existence/functionality. Unluckily, most of the latest problems have been since the Dominion Tower and latest update releases. Might want to read the trade restriction thing carefully again. I did read it carefully. Any "New F2P Account" that can't ever go P2P for any reason can only go unbalanced up to 25K/day. This means that if the player who has control of that kind of account ever wants to give out more, even as a gift to someone, they're hosed. There should have been an alternate way to unlock unlimited unbalanced trade, such as "Skill Level Total of 1K+", and it just ain't there. :ugeek: F2P, between this and HighScores, will now die.
