  1. Granted, it is too circular. @ Echofish ...: Dude, do you not read stuff right? I meant that I had the other guy almost dead! I was surviving just fine!!! I wish someone would kill Echofish. ~Mr. Devnull
  2. You make me laugh my [censored] off... ...The change to RS2 can not be THAT BIG of a gap!!! I'm gonna look forward to seeing GregEchidna6 on RuneScape. 8-) ~Mr. Devnull
  3. Actually, no, they won't. If you have WindowsXP, you can just simply use "nslookup", a WinXP DNS Info Utility that can retrieve all the IP info you could ever want or require. It might take up to 5 passes or more, but it WILL get the info you need. 8-) Hope this helps. ~Mr. Devnull
  4. We need to do everything we can to get the scammers banned and keep the innocent people safe. 'Nuff said. :shame: ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  5. Banned for having a damaged siggy image. You should add outlines if that is snow on the letters... ~Mr. Devnull
  6. 91 ... I think someone marked Dr. House properly. ~Mr. Devnull
  7. Granted, someone sticks a harpoon through your heart by total accident, sending you to Lumbridge. I wish that Lvl 74 I ran into the other day had come back and died at my character's hands, and then nothing bad happened to my guy. I almost had him dead. :( ~Mr. Devnull
  8. Off-Topic: If you want mine, you're gonna have to pay 200gp ea, and 350gp+ ea on types I have less than 40 of. On-Topic: As an additional note, you may find that if you make a bunch of tiaras, you might be able to sell them anywhere from 100gp ea (worst situation) to 1000gp ea (best situation) on some worlds. Consider it just a helpful thought. ~Mr. Devnull
  9. 99 ... it ain't long now! =D> ~Mr. Devnull
  10. I get what a few people mean here. Originally, RS was designed for anyone running 800x600... So we have: -- Low Detail (800x600) (No vertical detail of buildings displayed) -- High Detail (800x600) (Vertical detail of buildings displayed, Higher Floors pre-loaded...) What people are asking for, and I'd personally love to see this, would be a browser applet designed to take advantage of 1024x768 or 1152x864 or 1280x1024 or higher screen resolutions, in addition to what is already there. For example: -- Low Detail (800x600) (No vertical detail of buildings displayed) -- High Detail (800x600) (Vertical detail of buildings displayed, Higher Floors pre-loaded...) -- Low Detail (1024x768) (No vertical detail of buildings displayed) -- High Detail (1024x768) (Vertical detail of buildings displayed, Higher Floors pre-loaded...) -- Low Detail (1152x864) (No vertical detail of buildings displayed) -- High Detail (1152x864) (Vertical detail of buildings displayed, Higher Floors pre-loaded...) -- Low Detail (1280x1024) (No vertical detail of buildings displayed) -- High Detail (1280x1024) (Vertical detail of buildings displayed, Higher Floors pre-loaded...) Basically, the more desktop area you have, the more usable viewing space in your viewport, chat, map, and control section that you would have. (No, this would NOT give extra backpack slots!!!) Obviously, this would give people with high-res displays a potential advantage as they could see things better because detail could be improved further in high-res versions, but I guess after a while, these people with these insane screen resolutions are tired of having to deal with not being able to see the applet very well. :? I have to use 1024x768 myself because of house rules, so the RS app is occasionally hard to use. Been harder since they changed the interface, though. Anyway, 'Nuff said. Discuss. ~Mr. Devnull
  11. I noticed your prayer is low. Train both Defense and Prayer in the same shot. :) ~Mr. Devnull
  12. Your best shot given your over-high cooking would be to just up and immediately go to Karamja Dock with a harpoon, and sell swordfish and tuna you had just freshly collected directly to the Karamja Island General Store. Most Exp and Most GP in one shot. :) Don't even worry about banking. :) Hope this helps. ~Mr. Devnull
  13. 101 ... can't be binary, but it sure looks funny. ~Mr. Devnull
  14. 850 times you should be thinking "Isn't that nuts?!?" ... :shame: ~Mr. Devnull
  15. But the other guy said that he was the head of the event. And he spells better than you. Do I smell a hijacker noob? Your senses are not wrong. You DO smell a hijacker noob, and it is ruster29 ... :( ~Mr. Devnull
  16. I have no idea about this part, but I think it depends on who you're going to be fighting against... You can actually do both in combination. ROTFLMAO... Heck, that's what I am about to do, since I am less than 200 exp to mage 59. After I get mage 59, out comes the most insane combo I have done in some time. ~Mr. Devnull
  17. I disagree with other people here. Train on the chickens at Falador Farm and use Draynor Bank or on the chickens at Lumbridge Farm and use Lumbridge's New Bank Site on the Castle Roof. Once you have Combat 11, and a nice load of food in the bank, head past draynor until you run into the Level 5 Highwaymen and kill some of them until you get a cape, which will add to your defense amounts just those few vital points. Then after you've killed enough of them and have like Combat 15, use more of your food, restocking as needed, to help you kill barbarians and/or goblins. (Goblins seem to have the surprise abilities of strength pures sometimes, from my personal experience.) I hope that load of info helps. ~Mr. Devnull
  18. I concur with Doomster, as I do this a lot myself lately. Just make sure you have the needed levels to craft certain rune types, as well as (like a few people above said) for making the tiara. ~Mr. Devnull
  19. For an F2P mage, here's the best possible layout I have figured out: -- Blue Wiz Hat -- Blue Wiz Shirt (Robe) -- Monk Bottom -- Power Ammy -- Anti-Dragon Shield -- Air Staff/Fire Staff (Take both if you can!) -------------- Rune Layouts (If Air Staff): 300 bodys, 835 waters, 735 earths, 1500 minds, 4505 fires, 55 laws ... You'll be casting Fire Strike and using curse/confuse/weaken ... the full combination is known by my direct experience to make an enemy an easily-killed punching bag. If you get beaten up, use some of the extra 5 of each type to tele out of an area. :) Rune Layouts (If Fire Staff): 300 bodys, 835 waters, 735 earths, 1500 minds, 3105 airs, 55 laws ... You'll be casting Fire Strike and using curse/confuse/weaken ... the full combination is known by my direct experience to make an enemy an easily-killed punching bag. If you get beaten up, use some of the extra 5 of each type to tele out of an area. :) Notes: Now, if you're using a fire staff, feel free to add nature runes (max of about 60 to 100) to your stocks for high-alching stuff you pick up. :) Also, Telegrab as needed. But hopefully, you won't be doing too much of that? :| -------------- Recommended additional carried items: -- Full Rune Armor, with kite/scimitar selection for rapid combat safety in situations where getting to your drops is a pain and you want to save laws... -- 10 swordfish/10 lobsters, minimum. Take your pick. Carry more if you don't use full rune armor. -- Chisel ... Great for gems and whatnot. -- Axe/Tinderbox ... gotta cook with logs ... -- Harpoon or Lobster Pot/Cage ... (Argh, all those item names, makes my head spin ...) You still need to be able to get food if a bank ain't near. :? ================= Outfit as you'll need to, based on specs above. I know I haven't covered other staffs, but I only see certain ones as effective as the F2P'er I am. I hope all this info I have posted helps you a lot, Claremont. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  20. 108 ... That's what happens when I appear. Threads move. 8-)   :XD: ~Mr. Devnull
  21. So many ways I could twist this: Granted, but for some reason, some insane cook thinks you're some kind of strange food and fries you in a vat of hot oil.  :XD: I wish for something funny to happen to the next poster... ~Mr. Devnull
  22. I've got weaker accounts, but I sure would have loved to bring my main (combat 75)... :( I don't mind hanging back and only pulling people out of trouble with my mage attacks. :D Can we have "Enemy NPC Bouncers" come to the event to help? :-s If yes, that puts my CB 75 back in. :D ...Else, I'll have to figure out which of my others would be best for this. :? This ALMOST looks like an event I could sink my teeth into. RSN Listing: Main: "D_V_Devnull" Weaker Options If Main Not Allowed: (I'll just show up with it, and announce I am "D_V_Devnull"... and I might update this at the last minute.) ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  23. Granted, but it works only with a Windows Tablet PC. I wish I could drive a car and never break any laws. O:) ~Mr. Devnull
  24. One hurts, the other doesn't. You can figure out which. Alright... How "nooby" would it be to be unable to shake 60 noobs off your tail at combat level 126??? ~Mr. Devnull
  25. ***Mutilates Free_Steel1 for throwing the count off and Mat for confusing them...*** I did say I would clobber people... :shame: 118 ~Mr. Devnull
