Yes, this has been fixed. You can get all the pieces back seperately. I only kept the boots and when I lost them I could get them back, so I'm pretty sure. :P

You need 2 Ectotokens to get into the Port if you haven't finished the Ghosts Ahoy quest.

Al Kharid is the best place to smelt for f2p. Assuming you're still p2p you could use the furnace in the ghost village of Port Phasmatys.

I don't really know, it's all about luck, but a couple levels higher should help substantually. Lockpicks can be obtained by thieving rogues in lvl 50ish wild, pickpocketing bandits in the bandit camp near the chest or buying them in rogues den below the pub in burthorpe, but you need 50 agility and thieving to buy them. The last is by far the most convenient. The face mask is required, without it you will recieve about 25 damage every 10 seconds in the smoke dungeon.

I have to agree with RedBuddas here, I had 53 when I did the quest and gained a level in the Bandit Camp getting lockpicks for the chest. I think I used around 50 before I finally got it right.

You need 53.

Stat wise Torags defence is better than Guthan's, only Guthan's effect is far more useful for players. If you prefer attack over defence than you could Dharoks I suppose.

Thought that you already finished t.he quest, my fault. [hide=Tip.it quest guide spoiler]Lumber yard Go to the lumber yard north-east of Varrock, and go over the fence where its broken. Go to the middle and up a ladder. Here you'll find the cat. Try to pick it up and it'll scratch you. Use your milk on it, and then try to pick it up again. Same thing will happen. Use a sardine on it, and it'll say that it doesn't want that sardine. Go back to Gertrude. If you want to save time, you can take doogle leaves from Gertrudes back yard now and get the cat back without talking to Gertrude in the next section. Gertrude Tell her that you have found her cat, but that it won't go with you. Gertrude will tell you that Fluffs loves doogled sardines. Go around to the back of her house and pick up some doogle leaves and use them with your sardines. Go back to the lumber yard, up the stairs, and use the seasoned sardine on Fluffs. Try to pick her up again, she still won't leave, this time it'll say that you can hear kittens somewhere. Kittens Go down again and search all the barrels and crates until you find a lovely little kitty :) Once you have it, go back to Fluffs, and use the kitten on her. She will run off home. Dragon weapons require 60 attack... Like bsmovies said, you'll need a poison obtained from herblore or from a monster drop. Regular weapon poison requires 60 herblore, Extra strong 68,weapon poison + requires 73 herblore and finally p++ requires 83.

It should be possible in a week if you focus on s.layer and play a couple of hours a day(could be a bit less) I think.

Your current S.layer level would help.

Finish t.he quest and get a kitten, then just drop it and it will follow you. Don't forget to feed it from time to time or your kitten will run away :(

Teh and such are because of t.he April Fools Day joke, t.he rest is your own fault. Back to your question, All t.he things you mentioned are r.andom (wth, they even changed that...) events, which means they occur randomly :P. Usually I get a random after being idle f.or a while.
