I think that maybe you should remove them all, as they conflict with the rule change, just keep them down until the rule is either changed or the goal bars can work in a way that doesn't conflict with the new rules.

You have no idea how many randoms you get while fletching, I was getting 4-5 randoms an hour while fletching, if you wanna avoid the majority of randoms fletch anywhere but castle wars bank.

Really people these days, I'm using my two lines south of edge bank and the IDIOT takes them and I ask politly if he wouldn't as I was burning there first, and he just says "i'll use w.e I want". I mean come on, not only is it rude, but I was polite in the first place and had been there for over one hour burning and he turns up and in 5 mins takes the spot. I can't stand people like that, ruin my enjoyment of the game and give me second thoughts on playing the game at all.

For the most part I will collect my own raw materials, using the quickest methods possible. For example I only pick flax in Lletya, as it's the quickest way. But for some skills it's just not viable or worth the extra time to be running around collecting this and that across the map. In the end it all depends on how quickly you want to train, powertraining is much quicker and for the majority of skills even with buying raw materials you still break even and someones make a substanstial profit per item you make.

If your stupid enough to follow someone into the wild to trade then you cannot complain, it isn't morally right to lure. But it is an aspect of the game, one that is widely looked down upon by others but an aspect nonetheless. Even if it was made illegal it would still happen.
