I got 99 woodcutting and firemaking before the capes existed. I never imagined when I read about them in behind the scenes that they would be only for members. Since it said any player with 99 skill could get it I assumed that included EVERYONE. So no. Not everyone knew this.

Achievement capes and some bank space. That is a mere 2 things... You're really blowing it out of proportion.

Well I recently reach 95M total exp and have passed 14m Defence. Getting close to 96 hp. :-w
