I would say around 85 they a bit quicker. 99 woodcut here, as others said, I would not describe as fast.

They'd probably need to tone down the stats to around 5+ to all defense, since no F2P cape comes near 9+ to all defense stats. The way I see it, it can have no stat at all... trust me, those of us who've earned the right to wear it would appreciate anything.

I actually recently finished getting 85 fish and cooked all my trout and salmon, I posted here on the tip it forums and was able to sell 12k trout 30ea and 8k salmon for 50ea within about a week, so that is also an option.

All of those ideas I like. The ones that stand out the most to me is Black god armour (Would like to get me some of that. :)) and the skill shields, that is a neat idea.
