I started a new account cause im want to play the game as a new player again. I HAVE membership on it, because i want to get it quite far. I havn't started training it yet. But what would be the best type of pure? 60 Att 99 Str 40 Def or something similar? I just want a player that is really strong, butis low combat. I DO want defence. I don't want to be one of those 1 def pures. I wont be training range or mage, just combat. Thanks !

I remember doing hunter where you rent out tht bird thign for 500gp and you get xp from that. I logged off, and i didn't go on for a while, membership expired, and i forgot about hunter when i got members again. Now i want to do hunter again. Again, I'm only level 43. I wat to get to atleast red chin level + (I know there a bugger to catch now, but it's just something i could do!) So from 43, how could i get to a good level? I'm not 'to bad on cash', about 3M, but i don't want to use 'all of that' (As far as a i remember, you don't need much cash? :S) Thanks people! :D

Bronze knives.... iron knives only weild 1+ better range bonus. Bronze knives, best range armour, PREFERBLY Unholy book orBook of balance (zammy or guthix), but both a bit expensive atm. Go to yaks, kill away! I got from 60-72 in a 2-3 days i think.

Lessers. But i DO recommend you getting members... it opens alot of stuff for your game play to be MUCH easier!

Yea, I am only 81 myself, but i know a few mates who have 85, so i know how they do it. Hopefully I'll get 85 one day.... haha

An hour, you could get around 250-300k an hour IF YOU timed your worlds. If you don't, it'll be hard to find an ore that is available, but if you find random ores, you can still get 200k an hour, easy.

Rune ore varies from 11-13k

There 3 good iron places. F2P - Rimmington mine, mine the 3/4rocks and sell to general store - seconds away (Or drop, your choice) F2P - Al Kharid mine, dropping. (But the 3 rocks aren't placed like they were now) P2P - Dno what to call it, so I'll post a pic (It has 3 rocks in the formation like al Kharid use to have) Granite is STILL good xp, but everyone is conviced that it's worth what it's worth. I STILL drop it, because i know it'll never sell. So... if you think your confident enough to get to 85, and you KNOW you will, then drop the granite cause you'll be making much better money from Rune Ore that acctually SELLS!

There 2 main skills, thats i know, get you good money the higher you get them, but both tedious... One being Mining. At 60, do steel bars, at 70, do mith bars, at 85, just mine Rune ore! Granite is not good cash, cause no one buys it, and is used in summoning pouches. The other skills is Hunter i believe. Red chin hunting MAY be crowded, but its still money, and it's still good xp. So i say.... keep all your money, keep it in the bank, mine away and get a bank full of ores and bars!

Yaks are good. Get Bronzes Knives, and train there. If you have Void, that is the best to use at Yaks. Along with Accumulator and Unholy book (Zammy - FULL!) Archers ring and a Glory/Fury . (I prefer glory, as Fury doesn't increase your range MORE than glory, and Yaks never hit, so defence isn't needed!)

One of the best combinations IS Whip + Defender - I still don't see why Whip is so low priced, but is one of the best weapons in the game? Yea.. all these godswords and such, but there all 2handed. By far, Whip is thebest 'single-handed' weapon. Period.

Mining + woodcutting Both Unranked?????? Get them both to ATLEAST 60-65 to gain a bit of money. In mining, gold, coal and iron are always in high demand. Makign steel bars is still very profitable. When you get money, skill your melee stats (Range aswell) to 70. Burthorpe your lesser task. Get a new crappy ones and do that, and get another harder task. Then start on slayer.

You cannot get anything below your highest defender, UNLESS you drop THAT Defender, then you will start from the one ABOVE the defender you have. If you have none, then you will start from the begining! If you have an Adamant Defender, then you can only get Rune Defender next. Once you get Rune, you will always get Rune, it will not reset. If you happen to lose this defender, and have no other defender, you will start from scratch. HOWEVER, if you kept the lower Defenders, you will start from the highest defender you have. So if you have a Mith, the next defender you will get will be Adamant. Best thing to do is to keep all your defenders if you are GOING to start from scratch. (I have kept from Mith, so if i lose My rune or addy, i can just start from there) I hope that made sence! Haha So, as you have a Rune Defender, and no other, the only way to get your Black Defender is to drop the Rune Defender, and kill up to Black, but would be best to kill up to Rune and KEEP all your defenders. :)

Simple, i don't want to train summoning, it's like telling a level 3 skiller to train prayer? It's not complulsery, and people have 'survived' without it before it was released. Yea.. it may speed my trainign up, but id rather work hard for a goal than work little and let summoning do the rest. So simple.... i don't want to train it. END OV! Anyway, I have countlessly TRIED to get to 84-85 Mining and just given up. I've decided to wait for it to gradually get to 85 rather than powermine.

My stats are as followed: I know the obvious ones i have to get up, but i have small experience in them, hence why they're so low. -Runecrafting -Farming -Summoning (I do NOT intend to get this up) -Construction (Low on cash atm) At the moment I'm training range, but I do easily get bored with my goals. I want to be able to: Farm Ranarrs and craft nature runes. Anyones know how much essence i need and how long it'll take me, and how much money it'll take me to get to the level to farm ranarrs? (I haven't done that quest where you get those magical farming thing, and I do not have the skills/quests reuqirements/etc to be assed to do it either) Thanks :D

Go on RSOF and look at open altars, you're bound to find one :)
