Well, you can range lesser demons on Crandor, there are a few safespots there, or you could range moss giants on crandor. You can get the best f2p bows at Lowe's Archery Emporium, and full green dragonhide no vambraces (don't know why you wouldn't want those) Is about 10-12k.

Yeah, Seers is probably the best place. But, for fletching, but, why don't you just cut about 5-6k willows and fletch those instead? They're faster, and even if you bought em, it'd just be 30-40 each... which isn't that much IMO.

Fail curse is one of the easiest ways to level magic cheaply, if you have a lot of spare time. What you do, is dress in the WORST mage bonus you have, equip a mudstaff, and trap a man/something else behind a table or something, so they can't hit you. Then you just cast curse, it fails, you get the xp, and you do it again: so it never hits, and you get the xp.

Rune scimitar, no constest. Battleaxe is okay too, but scimitar is better.

Farming is good, but try the Sorcerer's Garden minigame out for size: it's not a bad way of harvesting herbs quickly.

Well, you should do what I said to 94, when you stop burning sharks (if you have cooking gauntlets) buy sharks for 900 ea raw, and I think you can resell them for 850 ea cooked, it's your call.
