Attack makes you hit more often (e.g., hitting less 0s, more higher numbers more often.) Strength makes you hit higher in total.

Obby cape is worth it, yes. You don't need to have killed the queen to wear the granite body, just to buy it.

Also, on a very highly populated place (Falador park w2) sometimes the massive overload of people will make other people holding the sceptre look like they are holding it slanted. I see it with people holding staves on w2.

Oak planks are the fastest: faster than mahogany or teak, as those are hard to get. Just cut oaks, turn them into planks, and voila, xp!

There is. You need 50 con, and then just get 100 blood runes, 200 laws, and use it in your portal room with the focusing thingy. I have it, along with a chapel, and it helps barrowing immensely. You should definitely raise it to 50 for that.

Not true! both the fighter and runner hats have good defence bonuses (as good as a rune fullhelm) and the fighter hat has +5 attack for all attack styles. The skirt is about as good as red dragonhide chaps, the healer hat gives +6 magic bonus, and runner boots... well those aren't too good, but they do look nice

The taverly dungeon is west of falador: go northwest from the falador west wall: use the agility shortcut if you can. (and if you are getting unids like my suggestion on your previous topic, the edgeville dungeon is riskier, but much better for getting them. Just use a weapon, a shield, and maybe an amulet, and bring a teleport just in case :) )

Stronghold of security is nice. One word of recommendation: RAISE YOUR ATTACK! attack is good for hitting often. Also you will want to use a rune weapon eventually :D

Go to Edgeville dungeon level 2-5 wilderness: There are level 13 chaos druids which drop unidentified herbs (UNIDS) which you can sell on world 2 for 1k each.
