Pirates in brimhaven dungeon to 40, the ranged guild minigame is actually a half-decent way to 50, then I'm not sure what monster to 60, 60+ fire giants at Baxtorian Falls. Or, just pc your way to whatever level you want, but what's the fun in that? :)

You can get knives pretty much anywhere, you can buy arrow shafts for like 5 each, or cut them yourself, it's not very hard.

One of the best ways without any money at first is to go to the edgeville wilderness dungeon, (levels 2-4) and kill chaos druids, harvest their herbs, and sell them for 1k each.

The best place to kill ice giants is in the wilderness, but if you don't feel like risking it, the blurite dungeon in rimmington is a good place.

In case you need to craft... ALOT... :-s I don't know, maybe JaGex just wants to make us wonder...

I will be achieving 99 attack on Friday at 6:45 PM EST(GMT-5)! Meet at my house in Yanille at 6:30(Server 99, of course) We will play some games etc., until 6:45,when I will level up in my combat ring! After that, we will PARTAAY! Have some ale, some food my butler will cook up, feel free to use my games room, my combat, fencing, AND boxing rings. However, I do not have a dungeon, too cheap to pay that much money into construction. At 6:45 we will all meet up at the combat ring, where I will level to 99 attack on Hevendor_Guy . After that, feel free to use my house for a while, and then we will all head over to the warriors guild for me to get my cape! After I do the emote several thousand times :? We will head over to castlewars and get our fighting on! Not sure how many games we'll get in, as I may have to go before then, but come if you can :) I will add more details in the future, and the time may be subject to change, depending on a number of different things. :)

Okay, time to dispel the rumors about whip being faster than the scimitar. Home > Manual > Combat > Combat - Weapon Types. Follow that at the knowledge base, and you will see for yourselves that they both are EXACTLY THE SAME RATE OF ATTACK! And, here is my response to his opinions. 1: Yes, whip does not have strength training, which is a significant setback. However, when not training strength, it is unparalleled. In short, Str training Scimmy > Whip. 2:The max hit the whip will/can hit depends on four things. Strength level, Strength bonus, Prayers, and potions. The higher your levels, bonuses etc.: the higher exponentially you will hit. Whip hits better than scimitar, and more accurately. 3. While it is true many people may want a whip a bit too badly, they have every reason to. It is, if not the best, than one of the best weapons in the game. Armor, is not too important if you have a whip I think. I bought my first whip for 4M, and I only had a lederhosen hat, full blue dhide, and about 500 coins in my bank, but I was still happy. I went to collect herbs at Edgeville for full rune, then I was very happy :D . No matter what, after buying a whip your bank account will recover.

Nobody ever said the quest was hard. Pray and use common sense and you should be fine.

Not a major change is needed I think: maybe a slight change on the cap of people, or about a dozen or so more worlds. I also found that world 99 was full when I was trying to get onto it :|
