As I think I mentioned at some point (or maybt it was in PM to a friend when the ban first happened), the name recognition is the death of them. Jagex locking these FC's is easily going to put them out of business. The problem is that the owner of Fishy is a smug little [wagon] who thinks he's above the rules so he likes to act like he's kingshit in front of Jagex. Problem is his whole clan relies on his social manipulation tactics on YouTube to get betters, and that makes it easy for Jacmob to find his newest FC every time it opens. He's fighting a losing battle.

I can't confirm this, but it looks like jagex may have Already locked fishys new fc "cam". I say this because about a day and a half ago it was ranked on high scores, and now is not. It is possible he just transferred the name though

EXACTLY what I was going to say. No matter if you have no issue with how these people gained their GP, the truth is that all Runescape items belong to Jagex. So you have no right to sell it, and Jagex has all the right to take it away if they feel you're not living up to your end of the terms of conditions.
