They're smart for finding a way to monetize a game so well, [some of them are] idiots for openly bragging about it, especially when people have been brought to court over things like this before.

They can claim via WesternUnion / Paypal / MoneyPaks / Bank Wire (Cleaned stakers often buy gold from whoever cleaned them so they can try to rebuild) / etc. You can setup multiple Paypals / have family put it in their name to avoid legal troubles. As long as you remain under $20k on your PP account, your earnings are not reported. These guys are not idiots. RWT is a big cashcow / business

Because I am / used to be friends with a lot of them, and being the majority of them are 18 and younger, they don't have the foresight nor the common sense to keep their mouth shut about what they're doing instead of bragging about it openly to people.

The only reason Fishy has not been banned yet was because he got a heads up from the inside that his and Starrychelx's accounts are being monitored, which is true. Both accounts are under 24/7 surveillance to see if any sketchy business occurs. Between Fishy and Starrychelx's two accounts, they both collectively have about 400b. That is without factoring in the wealth the rest of his ranks control. As of now they are going to be hoarding until Any further action is taken, then they plan to just mass sell everything. Both Fishy and Starry have made a few hundred thousand dollars each off their RWT, with many of their ranks having made anywhere from five thousand, to one hundred thousand dollars each. Jacmob is handling all the RWT investigations, and having at one point been a big RWTer himself, he's not stupid and he knows these guys RWT, which puzzles me even more as to why they have not been banned yet. Apparently he's prolonging their bans and monitoring all his ranks trades in an attempt to also take out a lot of the Chinese gold buyers, but if they're hoarding, there's no point in not banning them now, especially when the clan as a whole probably controls close to half a million dollars worth of gold.

At this point it's too late to remove gambling, it's moved offsite. Let the gamblers have world 2, because it's not going away any time soon. They need to move on from this focus

I don't recall the last time any Jmod called his fellow coworkers "admins", referring to his friend's list. I am not saying that means you should take everything I say as truth, but I have a handful people who tell me tidbits of info as I need it / request it / am told. I can't find the thread, but I'm 99.9% sure jagex fixed this so CS'ed items fluctuate in their set GE price. Yeah it was my thread, the CS wall has been fixed to adjust to market price, or 5% of it or w/e, as things rise/drop

I already spoke with Stokenut and he's calmly told me that he's going back to hosting in a couple days on a throwaway account. Hence GJ Jagex, they lost their accounts that they didn't give a shit about. But not their income. You set back these 3 - 4 banned people a couple days, nice one.

Gambling clans shouldn't really bother you like the way they do, they are for the most part only on world 2, or exist in small varying amounts on other worlds. You basically have to go out of your way to be bothered by a gambling clan. Who cares what they're making, doesn't, or at least shouldn't, really affect your gameplay. It's emergent gameplay, let them do what the f*** they want. But that's neither here nor there.
