NEW SKILL!!!!!!
Nobody likes the yodelling idea? :

Fixing the ever broken PvP system.
If it was like that, it would probably just make the pkers with def pwn everyone, just like the str pkers are doing now. Instead, maybe to level it out, shields have a "chance to block" rather than a defence rating. So with higher defence, come the ability to have higher grade shields, and a higher chance to block. And maybe armor should give you more protection than it does. I mean, irl if you are wearing a big thick plate body, and someone stabs you in the chest with a poisoned dagger, its gonna do absolutly nothing. Or perhaps jagex should bring back character classes making them more equal so you can't make 1 type of account that owns everyone. make each character class have advantages and disadvantages. Mages cannot weild heavy swords or armor, hit high on warriors but can take little damage before dying, warriors cannot do magic or run as fast, but can do heaps of damage and take plenty of damage. rangers have some sort of stealth and evation, lower strength but higher accuracy and damage from "critical hits." and a thieving bonus. Monks have special prayers and prayer regeneration etc. That idea would be more like a rs3, the hard quests could be updated to so each class can have a way of doing them, and some quests are easier or harder for certain classes.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Thankyou. "It all comes down to if you want to believe in scientific theories based on proven facts. Or stories involving someone walking on water, curing people and that theres a "better place" based on a few events which were true, but still had nothing to do with the stories." After the last comma, I ment that the stories are based on certain true facts which don't prove it true, but gives arguments for people that believe it. eg: Its been proven a man called jesus existed and he claimed to be the son of god, but It hasn't been proved he rose from the dead etc. Thats assuming the person actually did create the water, which is both very very unlikely and unproven. "So what makes you think that this "modern god" is real, even though the ancient gods werent? What makes you think years from now science won't be able to prove how the universe was made and everyone will think back and say "phhhtt, why would people back then believe that rubbish? We know what really happened now" It explains how the universe was formed, so what you said doesn't make sense. I know the bible contains much more than how the universe was made, and the story of jesus, but It still contains it. And science can explain how to live in terms of health, both physically and mentally. I can see morals as an argument for religion, to which I have posted my thaughts, so you don't have to look through the pages Ill put it again here. "but oh wait, the bible says the universe was created in 7 (or whatever it is) days. So they conflict with each other," Still, people read the bible, and see everything as true facts. When they read that Jesus rose from the dead, they see this as a FACT. The bible explains how the universe was made, people see this as a fact. But science proves a "fact" wrong in the bible, It doesnt matter exactly how many days the bible says the universe was made, just that it was made in a certain amount of days, (a number under billions of years) Before god created man. But still, it has been proven that dinosaurs existed billions of years before man. Disproving the theory that the universe was created in days, then man was put on the earth. "I did some research and found that the religous explanation for dinosaurs was that humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time basing their theory on a painting with dinosaurs in it. Which to me, and science, isnt hard backed proof. Their other theory is that sandstone can form much quicker than other rock, so the layers of rock cannot prove without a doubt the age of the fossils. Yet fossils have been found in rock other than sandstone, and there have been no traces of human fossils." Again, the bible contains the supposed knowledge about how the universe was created. That one fact is proven wrong, so whats saying the rest of it isnt wrong and didn't happen? If the bible is believed as a WHOLE, as true, then one fact disproved, proves that the bible at least isnt true as a WHOLE. "So based on religions in the past, someone makes a religion to explain something that science cannot. Or it makes dying easier to go through, because people believe that they are going to a better place." See above, the bible is still there to explain how the universe was created, and that there is a god.- There are other reasons, but that is still one of the things it is for, if it wasn't then it wouldn't mention the creation of the universe as 'facts' "Its been proven that a man called jesus existed, which is a reason why people believe in it. But it was never proven that he performed all those "mericles." (sp?) I believe that there was a man called jesus, who claimed to be the son of god, but I believe that he wasn't and just thaught he was." I had a read of the Gospels, and I don't see how is proves he wasn't crazy. If he was mentally ill, and wrongly believed he was the son of god, That doesnt mean that he is going to be crazy in every or any other aspect. I" believe that in the future, with the right technologies, science will prove with facts how we got here (and everything else that religions explain), and do to the religions today, exactly what it did to the ancient religions." Except that they do expain natural phenomena, whether its the point of the bible or not. "And that is why I believe there is no god," I believe there is no god because of the reasons I have stated, especially the ancient gods which were suposed to take the sun across the sky etc. We know really why the sun appears to move across the sky. Yet all those years ago, these gods were believed in as fact. They believed Just like the grass is green, gods exist. Yet they were wrong, so whats different this time? And don't say morals and how to live, because they had gods for those aswell then. And there are many different religions, of how to behave, what happens when you die, how the universe was created etc. They can't all be true. So even if there is a god, whose to say christianity isnt wrong and something else is true. Heck, I could write my own "bible" explaining all the 'lil facts of life' my own way, have my own god ect and talk millions of people into believing in it and we have a new religion. How would that be different to your religion?

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
GhostRanger are you going to say anything about my points? Other than your "modern god" nitpicking :XD: But seriously, if you have anything to disprove any of my points I would love to hear it, because people seem to be either agreeing with it or ignoring it.

Programming a game (egads he must be insane!!)
Delphi or C++ If you havn't got any programming experience dont start with a game because you will never finish it. Start making a really basic program to learn the basics. Keep updating it and make more features, then move onto some more complicated programs, and some basic games to get experience and learn more. Once you think you know enough then make a basic version of the game you want. Im sure you get the idea. You probably have more options with a game made with java, but it is harder to learn.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Good point on the moral factors. Plato once said (paraphrased) that bad people do bad things, whether there is a law against it or not, and good people will do good things, even if there isn't a law saying that's how they have to behave. The law of the US, is heavily influenced by Christianity, as are many laws in many countries, as are many peoples personal codes of honor. I believe Religion works great as a set of moral guidelines untill people start killing each other over whose god is better, or until those guidelines become outdated. Christians aren't killing off vast numbers of any other religion at the moment (except Muslims, and that doesn't count because the motive is oil, not religious zeal, though you could make a case that the Middle Eastern conflict is a modern day crusade for the holy land). The Muslim rational for not eating pigs is that they are "Dirty" animals and it is not gods will for us to eat them. This may have made sense thousands or even hundreds of years ago, when pigs may have had bacteria in them that could cause certain diseases. This is not true today. The Christian rational for not having sex before marriage is that it is gods will for us to create families and not have sex before marriage. This may have made sense hundreds of years ago when sex before marriage created unwanted children and social decay. It is not true today.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Carbon dating isnt flawed, however it only works with things under a certain age. The carbon disapears after around a couple thousand years or so.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
S_Ghost: I don't understand what your saying. I do know for sure that the ancient greeks, egyptions etc had religions. Today we have proof of this such as ancient writings which have been translated. Or are you saying that zues etc are real? If this is so, do you believe there still is a god who carries the sun across the sky, and battles a giant serpent every night? And that everybody is wrong to think that the earth revolves around the sun? Not attacking you, I just don't see where your coming from and ask you to be clearer.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Sorry pal, but the God of Christianity isn't "modern." Until you show me that you know anything about my faith before criticizing it, I'll use my intelligent debating skills elsewhere. I called it modern, because right before I was talking about ancient religion, And it is modern, because it is what millions of people believe in TODAY. You cant get much more modern than that. I wasn't referring to christianity as being first made in modern times. Now that you have finished your little fit because of my choice of words, why don't you use these so called intelligent debating skills.

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Well actually I do have reasoning behind my beliefs. I just didn't feel like posting, but because everyone said it was just a brainless post, ill add to it. Everytime I add my thaughts about religion, there has never been anybody to counter my opinion, Id really love someone to reply to this, for an intelligent debate, instead of the usual; "Im right" "No, im right" "No, im right!" It all comes down to if you want to believe in scientific theories based on proven facts. Or stories involving someone walking on water, curing people and that theres a "better place" based on a few events which were true, but still had nothing to do with the stories. Anyone who believes without a doubt there is a god can you explain this? The ancient greeks, egyptions etc invented gods to explain things which they couldnt explain because they did not have the technology or know the science. Their god zues threw lightning, but we now know how lightning occurs. If they knew how it really happened back then they wouldnt have invented zues. The greeks had a god that took the sun across the sky because they didnt know how it happened. We know know today from science and proven facts, that the sun appears to move across the sky because the world rotates. So what makes you think that this "modern god" is real, even though the ancient gods werent? What makes you think years from now science won't be able to prove how the universe was made and everyone will think back and say "phhhtt, why would people back then believe that rubbish? We know what really happened now" And how do you explain all the fossils of dinosaurs? It was proven that dinosaurs existed billions of years before humans, but oh wait, the bible says the universe was created in 7 (or whatever it is) days. So they conflict with each other, I did some research and found that the religous explanation for dinosaurs was that humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time basing their theory on a painting with dinosaurs in it. Which to me, and science, isnt hard backed proof. Their other theory is that sandstone can form much quicker than other rock, so the layers of rock cannot prove without a doubt the age of the fossils. Yet fossils have been found in rock other than sandstone, and there have been no traces of human fossils. So based on religions in the past, someone makes a religion to explain something that science cannot. Or it makes dying easier to go through, because people believe that they are going to a better place. Its been proven that a man called jesus existed, which is a reason why people believe in it. But it was never proven that he performed all those "mericles." (sp?) I believe that there was a man called jesus, who claimed to be the son of god, but I believe that he wasn't and just thaught he was. I believe that in the future, with the right technologies, science will prove with facts how we got here (and everything else that religions explain), and do to the religions today, exactly what it did to the ancient religions. And that is why I believe there is no god, other than in peoples faiths because they want something to believe in. Thats what having a religion is really, faith. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against people believing in god, everybody has their own beliefs and are entitled to them. The religous people I don't agree with, are the kind of people who say "I believe in god, god is real and you should believe in god to." or "Im religous, and i survived an accident when I should have lived,(or some kind of other random 'proof') thats proof for everyone"

Why do scientists believe the Big Bang created the world?
Firstly, Nothingless doesn't exist as a thing, so it doesn't need to come from anywhere, nothingness can exist anywhere. Second of all, the theory of the Big Bang has been revised, and scientists will probably never be able to prove what started it, but heres a theory i read up on. It ties in with something called the string theory, later re-known as the M Theory. The theory works on the basic principles that, everything is made up of strings, some looped, some closed, some open,it gets a lot more complex but this is just the basics, anyway strings are microscopical atoms, which are so small we can't see them even with the worlds best microscope. To cut a long story short, its been in debate for over 20 years, and finally everybody agrees that M Theory is correct, M theory states that there are 10 dimensions in space, space, time, and 7 other tightly curled up dimensions which are unknown to us. Inside certain strings, an entire universe is held, all of its matter, all of its weight, size, space, is held within a single molecule string, smaller than the smallest thing ever seen by humans. Now this theory leaves everyone astonished because it means, inside everything, is a universe contained within itself, so whats happened now is, theres hundreds of thousands of millions of billions of parallel universes, stacked up against each other, as strings. Now when 2 strings collide, its thought that it can create a power output which is so vast and powerful, it can create / merge into a completely new universe, thus explaining where the matter and the atoms came from. Another fact which further solidifies M Theory is Super Massive Black Holes, i can't remember the details to be honest, but it states that Gravity in this universe, is absoloutely nothing compared to what it is in other universes, ( this part is explained by supergravity ). Anyway, they think that holes in space and time, and strings, have caused gravity to leak out of this universe, leaving it in a reasonably weak state, and supermassive black holes are an anomalie of this, travelling between universes. Anyway so that explains how the Big Bang Happened, obviously i can't or anyone can't explain what happened before that, but i think maybe as humans we can't comprehend something being infinite, although you seem to be able to accept God Being infinite, so why cant you accept the possibility of this theory

Add some SKILL to the skills!
That could make the game more interesting, but that would require almost a completely new game. And it wouldn't be much of an rpg anymore. If there is ever a rs3, maybe jagex will do something like that. They wouldn't bother doing all that work without either under-doing it. Keeping the game basically as it is, except adding a couple things which you would go from the runescape as you see it, to sort of a minigame, perhaps first person. and back again when your finished. Or doing a complete overhaul like I said first.

Hybrid or Pure? Help me with my questions, Take a sec!
Instead of asking for help, why don't you figure it out for yourself through trial, error and experimenting. Thats how I did it in classic - and I became one of the best f2p classic pkers. My first pker was like 30 str 18 atk and 16 def. Wearing just full iron and an iron 2h. I got owned most of the time, rarely getting kills but I started getting better at actually pking, I thaught of better stats which was my second pker- was 20 atk 1 def and 36 str, I started making a profit instead of losing money. After a while I made my last low level pker- 10 atk with the wine trick, and 43 str. In the first year on that third account, I made over 1 mill from pking black/mith weapons, lobs, str ammys, runes, the occasional r2h and armor sets up to addy. Every couple hours I pked I got like 15+ kills. About 6 months after I made the third account, I made a couple high level pkers. And its exactly what Im doing, and many other people are/have done with rs2. If you ask for help with everything, then you will be a bad pker. You can't just ask for the stats, get them and expect to get kills. You need to experiment and practise.

Halo 2 Custom Games
Well as anyone who plays halo 2 would know, you can make your own custom games with its own rules to play split screen with. I decided to share a few of my favourites. Tower Power: This game needs 4 or more people, preferably even teams. If you have the people, and play this on asention, imo this game is awesome. Turn off grenades and weapons on map. Turn off banshees, ghosts etc. starting weapons is a shotty and plasma sword. Make ONE machine gun turret. This will go in the biggest tower. Use your common sense to get the rest of the rules. The main object is to control the tower, because that is when you will get the most kills. You have a turret and can gun down people trying to get into the tower. And they can do nothing but try and get up there because they only have short range weapons. A stratagy i like to do is have someone on the turret, and someone protecting him, when someone gets in the tower the gunner gets off and the two try and kill the invader. Some Stratagies: When defending the tower, stand in the window behind the gunner looking down with your sword out, when they run up they wont see you unles they look directly up. After they are past you then lock on and attack him. You will charge at him and kill in one hit because its from behind. When attacking the tower: The best way in is going to the place wher the banshee normally spawns, and going the back way into the tower. The gunner cant attack you this way. When you get near the top look up when you go under uncase someone is using the stratagy I had above, the sword is best here. Also, when you go around the second last corner, (right ahead of you is a good place for defenders) jump out almost over the edge facing them, and use the lock on with the sword to attack them, since you jump towards the edge you will catch them by surprise. This game relies heavily on teamwork. Game 2: Invisible (for want of a better name) This game is best played on ivery tower. Have no weapons on map, but genades, and you start with 2 random weapons. Players are invisible, have damage resistence and overshields. Again, use your common sense to figure out the rest of the rules, these are the main ones. One player might get a sword, and keep owning, until someone gets a plasma pistol, a charged shot takes out their shield entirely, and any weapon can kill him in a couple shots. There is also rocket launcher ammo in this map near the middle. Hope a few people like these games as I do. If anyone has their own custom game they think is good then post it here.

Magic levels in f2p without hp exp
Ok I have a pure with 57 magic, and im trying to get it to 70 or 71, with spells which do not level up my hp. I could do 10k high alches, but I can't think of anything which I could get 10k of short of spening countless hours, which high alches enough for the nat. I don't care about money, I just don't want to lose more than 50 or so gp per alch. And there is also teleing, which is way to expensive. The other thing which comes to mind is curse failing. I guess I could do 40k or so curses, but I dunno about the price. Does anyone have any advise? I might just end up paying for members for a month so I can buy yew longbows for 550 or so gp and alch 10k of those.

+++ The Bot problem +++
The macro could still answer the question because it can read the packet which contains it. Even if hell froze over, AND they got it wrong, the door out of the cell would still have to have an id. Coding-wise, you don't even need a door. All you need is to send the java packet to open it. The door just has a right click option, which allows you to send it via the normal runescape client. So the antirandom script would include "click the id of the door"-except in java. Another example is an autofighter, just imagine a macroer is at the chicken farm. It is sending an "attack npc (11)" - or whatever the id for chicken is. That tells the server, you clicked to attack a chicken. It doesnt say which chicken because it doesn't need coords. So the macroer just attacks any chicken. If you understood my crap explaination you would realise that the door could be anywhere, and the macro would still open it.

Request for Full F2P Pure Ranging Guide
Sorry for going off, but these endless guides really annoys me. Look through the archive of wisdom, there is a f2p range topic in the first few pages.
