thats cool. richard d james makes some really complex and amazing loops/sequences. his new cd chosen lords is a little sketchy though, but thats because its redone old songs and the mars volta at one point in time used to be my favorite band. very complex, very deep. the new cd amputechture should blow everyone out of the water, and they are opening for RHCP in a month or so, so thats going to boost their popularity out of the water

Yeah totally. Do you happen to know of a date? The only thing i know is its called "The Outsider" and its supposed to be taking a risky step in a new direction. 2 singles from the cd have been released that i believe you can find on his site, but i dont know a date for it yet

im not saying most of that music is "out there" but i wasnt going to name stuff like merzbow, boris, melt banana, vashti bunyan, etc. because the topics on this page are about bands like blink 182 and stuff but yeah im a huge mike patton fan and disco voltante is an epic cd. fantomas and faith no more are also favorites, but his new project peeping tom is too poppy for me and im quite aware of DJ Shadows popularity. He was famous when endtroducing came out, and im sure you, as well as i, are looking forward to his new cd radiohead and the smashing pumpkins are bands that have changed many peoples lives with their music and have made a huge impact on what music should inspire. they are innovators. and as for what killa_badger said, the indie you are talking about is the garbage like clap your hands say yeah, suijan stevens or what have you. the "cool" indie scene is whatever pitchfork media says is good. ask any indie kid that listens to it to be cool about noise or krautrock and they wont know what it means. so dont assume i mean one thing when i say another

money,money,money,money,money,
just found a pic of my bank on shorty before it got banned. i dont have any pics of me with really high cash though as you can see, most of the money is in the 17k yew longs being made up top (approx 7 mil) and the dragon square (7.8 mil at the time) and the meds (2.4 at the time)

Very Old RSC pics
lol these arent too old but they are great i figured i would find a screen shot of me wearing a different hat or something of the sort i never really liked pink hats, and i guess i never took pics of me with yellows. i remember at one point in time i had 3 yellows and a red and i let my 3 best friends wear the yellows. i only owned a pink once, and that was a very good deal (pink for a white and red), but i immediately sold it after for like 12 mil cash

Is 99 fletching worth it?
if you are patient, you can get magic logs in quantities of 20-200 for 900 each pretty easily if you constantly type it at seers bank. the same for bowstring at 100 each. you get less trades but its usually for quantities between 100-1k so the magic to bs ratio evens out

this game is full of mindless children my apologoies. i forgot that if you actually had to ask for advice you would be looking for some get-rich-quick scheme that doesnt require work or skills good luck buying whips at 2.57 and selling them at 2.6 that will only take a few weeks

Is 99 fletching worth it?
im 91 currently, soon to be 92 (so im about half way there to 99) since i hit 85 i have used the 10 mil cash i had on magic logs and bowstring and i currently have about 14 mil in magic longs and 4.6 mil cash
-
- - The Merchanting Challenge - -
if you have the stats you could buy magic logs 900-1k each buy bowstring 100-150 each make magic longbows and sell to alchers 1.3k each or theive/buy nature runes and alch them its good profit

The cure to white screen!
meh i usually just dont maximize my other windows (forums, other websites) so i can always keep an eye on the game, just in case i dont get poisoned by a strange plant and lose my full rune, whip, and guthans spear again while training

money,money,money,money,money,
around 47 mil in cash at one point a few years ago my bank was worth around 134 mil

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
honestly, i doubt most of you guys nobility. if that many people had so much character in the game, than half the people i encounter every day wouldnt be total jerks and selfish people that will do anything to further themselves. you all act like what he did was totally absurd, but i honestly doubt most of you would have the guts to stand up for what is right and not use it to your advantage. what if someone near you was training and went to the bathroom or got poisioned from a random event and couldnt get away in time and died? what if they dropped a party hat? would you return it then? most likely, no. your mind would rationalize and you will tell yourself "oh they were away from the computer when they should have been paying attention. i deserve this." the same thing happened to him. he found out an advantage and thought only of himself. in no way am i honoring or idolizing him, but i believe many of you are acting far angrier than you should. take a look at his side. but knowing this crowd, they will only read the first few sentences and i will e flamed to no end.
