All depends on your stats and equipment. Can you post them? If you got a good ranged lvl you can easily kill them from a safespot.

Stats mean more bandwith. Bandwith means more traffic trough the jagex servers. More traffic means more server load. More server load = more money they have to spend.

I know the problem, it happens allot with people that commit "creditcard fraude". He has to pay for those 61 days before he can play again.

Trust me, smithing NEVER is easy to level up as f2p. It's slow but well worth it.
