I got 85 smithing on f2p :D It costed me 14M I think from lvl 78 (buying bars and making steel plates), I'm glad I did it. Nothing better then making your own rune items (also got 85 mining btw :)) You can make some money back by for example mining rune and making rune axes with stout at lvl 85, I always have a stock of em to sell to people who need em.

Nice guide, never tought of the banking part, might use it since I always got some ores to smelt 8-)

Only dragon drop I ever got was a dragon spear, sold it right away actually :o

If you haven't figured out that one yet... jeez, it's one of the basic things in rs, how better your stats how more benefits :shock:

Hi, I basicly just want to know the closest iron mining spot to a bank in P2P. A combination of bank/furnace would also be good. I was thinking about Yannile or Grand Tree, can anyone with experience help me out?

I got across in like 8 times, 53 agility, BEFORE the quest was updated. It's already an easy quest, crossing the bridge was the only hard part. I don't see a reason for the update except ofcourse all of the rich kiddies who were complaining.... :|

They don't train there combat because Jagex almost always detects them within a week...

Fighting/Fancy boots actually give a better bonus then leather boots. You might change that.

I'm thinking of doing the same getting: mining gold and smelting it up to 86. (Currently 85) Can you explain more on what method you use?

I don't think that they will ban you if you tell them this. They can see that you first gave 3M and got it back later...

I use it to suggest good worlds at #Thepc (100+ Cmb) on SwiftIrc. It's not hard, just keep it open on the background while doing pc and check out a world when lots of people start to join. Found a 115+ cb world this way today.

I actually suggest using the lvl 16 air company, it's very fast xp, altough you might loose money if you're low lvl.
