  1. Yes, it's tradable and selling for about 20m. And it's more about luck then rarity... I know people who have killed thousands of dragons with no drop, yet I got one on my 80somethingth drag (Yes, I'm still excited about it)
  2. In general, iron knives are better to train with. This is because most training is done on low-mid defense monsters. On high defense monsters, such as dragons, crossbows will far outstrip knives. After all, crossbows are slow but powerful bows designed to pierce through armor.
  3. I believe if you don't already have a greegee and monkey speak amulet to buy the items from the store, you have to do the same things to get them again. Not 100% sure on this, though.
  4. After 10 minutes of killing a monster in its territory, it will become non aggressive. However, if you step out of its territory, it will become aggressive again. Experiment with this, and see if you can find a near boundary to cause them to become aggressive again... And yes, this was added to stop AFKers.
  5. My rough estimates: 20 frog 15 mime 15 freaky foresters 10 drill demon
  6. Minotaurs or Monks would probably be best. Monks are rather low leveled, but do not require food as you can talk to them to heal. On the other hand, Minotaurs have nice iron arrow drops that could provide some arrows for training range later on. Your choice, really. You can go for a higher level monster with better drops, but you will have to use a lot more food and have a lower xp/hour rate.
  7. I don't think it's possible at 36 combat with lobbies and low prayer. Unless of course you have 10 or so good friends come around and drop lobbies as you fight so you can pick them up and heal, but that would be tough to coordinate as you'd have to have a lot of friends show up at once. I'd wait till 60 or 70 combat unless you have a dire need to train fishing as fast as possible (I did Shilo Village at 92 cb...)
  8. Not just that, they're the first two you come too. As Tripsis pointed out, if you go half way around the circle, on the opposite side you came in is an "Abyssal Passage" that you can go through. However, it slows you down a lot, having to walk halfway around every time. I'm not sure about the lower limit, 40 seems about right, but I would recommend much higher. I still fail the agility 3+ times in a row sometimes, and I'm 70 agility Train those skills up :D
  9. A little googling came up with this. If this isn't what you mean by "send a query", post a reply with a little clarification (I.E. what kind of query you want to send in... I've never sent one in myself)
  10. Nope, I've gotten one without speaking to him (On my 80somethingth iron drag )
  11. Yes, thanks for reminding me to do something I've needed to do... *Opens CurserXP and changes to a smaller curser*
  12. You'd be very lucky to get a d drop in 3 hours... I still can't believe I got visage.
  13. Nice, I just got one too, sold for 20m but I've heard there even higher -.-
  14. Isn't cooking fun to level up at low levels? I <3 cooking  *Points at sig*
  15. Stupid me - Didn't know it was rising #-o Well, off to the drags to get another one i swear if you get another before me, im gonna hunt you down and eat your babies. Ah, it all has to do with the skill with which I play rs. (Who am I kidding. I've never gotten a decent drop before this). Whoops, antifire pot ran out while typing...
  16. Stupid me - Didn't know it was rising #-o Well, off to the drags to get another one
  17. I just sold it 2 hours ago - I assume your kidding or have incorrect information?
  18. Heh, thought about it but for the moment probably not - I might later though. :D
  19. Well, yesterday I decided to try my luck at Iron drags with mith bolts and a rune crossbow. I got everything ready, headed over, and started killing. 4x kills later, a kind iron dragon gave me a d skirt (Well, maybe "gave" is stretching it a bit). I headed for the bank, sold it, and happily went back to the drags. I was lazily killing them, browsing forums and not paying much attention. The dragon I was fighting died, and I lazily right clicked the pile, expecting the usual loot of dragon bones and a few coins. To my suprise, the top object was "Take Draconic Visage". My first thought was "How nice, a draconic visage", and I clicked to take it. Then it hit me. I clicked to the side, took a pick, then home teled and banked it, typing crazily I GOT A DRACONIC VISAGE!!!!. I sold it, then uploaded pics and headed for the forums. Here's the drop pic: Here's me selling it: (NOTE: The reason the guy I'm selling it to is in my friends list is because I was talking to him about the price, NOT because he's a friend of mine. I know most people would assume that, but it's just to keep those annoying people who cry "fake! fake!" at bay. Unfortunately, he wouldn't accept before I did.) And finally, here's my bank with the new cash in it: (NOTE: This isn't everything in my bank, but it has most of the good stuff - I took the picture spur of the moment.) Thanks for reading, Rate Pl0x? -DeviledEgg24
  20. No. Just no. I've seen several pics (NOT faked) hitting 100 BEFORE Tarn's Lair. Perhaps the Tip.It calculator is off with full dh?
  21. Umm no - I believe Jagex themselves have confirmed that kill count does not affect items. Secondly, what you said means that the higher the kill count the less chance of an item...
  22. It all depends on your level. At 63, you catch around 150 an hour at best. From levels 70-80, it's around 230. A guy with 99 hunter claims he can catch 400 of them an hour, but there's no proof of it, so it may not be true.
  23. Max is 2.14 or 2.41, not sure which (stupid dyslexia...) Other then that, everything you said is correct.
  24. No quests needed, but it has a current street price of 25 mil. It takes 75 defense. OT: I say go for the shield. Amazing defense and strength bonus more then make up for the lack of attack bonus.
