grr i just got scammed for 2 mil thanks to the "trust" game :-(. I probably did because the guy did have 8 mil with him, was level 108, and I won 2 mil at first. Then, I offered 4 mil, and he logged :cry:

I go near the king black dragon, and when he sees how good I am, he quickly runs and grabs p hat for me. He shivers so much from fright that he drops it, and I pick it up. Then I hide in the middle of the lava maze with three rings of level 126 friends and the P hat :-)

Here's the stats for the two: B Axe: Slash: +48 Strength: +64 Scimitar: Slash: +45 Strength: +44 The strength bonus is a lot better for b axe, but how big is the difference between attack speeds, and does that make up for it? I guess that's what i really want to know. Frankly, I couldn't care less how much each cost, as I am semi rich.

How much slower is b axe then scimmy? 1.5x, 1.3x?

At my level (in sig), which is better for training: Rune Scimitar, or Rune Battle Axe? Which is better for PKing?

Just wondering... Are the new skill capes members only? I know you can use the emotes in non members, but can you buy and wear then if your not a member? I hope so :|

I was wondering if Jagex stepped up the rate of random events for people who were doing repetitive things (ie. drop mining iron). It seems like it, because I had been training combat for three days, and gotten one old man random. Then I went mining, and got 4 randoms in under a half hour.

Is it true that the different colored portals in Pest Control are vulnerable to different kinds of attacks? (ie. the yellow portal being vulnerable to melee)

Just wondering... are the teleport pillers in the wilderness members only? I'm guessing so, but i'd just like to check. -Thanks

Get your smithing up. With that amount of money, you could buy iron bars and get it to 90+ easily. Also, try for better ranging and runecrafting. Perhaps get prayer high enough to use all members prayers, too? (Even though your f2p)

Also, if possible, try sometime in the future to get 88 runecrafting (for double nats). If you are not planning on mining rune, there is no point in getting mining up, except to look nice. I would suggest working on runecrafting, although you already have a nice level for f2p. The abyss will really help train it.

Look in deep wildy, by scorpion pit. There is a merchant wandering around the northern members area that sells them. Beware of PKers and, of course, the chaos elemental.

Spiders not a bad idea... but i've tried a lot of things, and it seems like lvl 30 zombies in the sos are the best.

Everywhere I look, I see people saying the fastest way to train combat in f2p is at the lvl 50 spiders in the SOS. I think that the level 30 zombies are much better. I am combat level 68, and I hit zombies much more frequently. Also, my hp restores nearly as fast as I am hit with full rune. I think that fighting zombies is much faster xp till around level 85. Post comments or reasons that I am wrong here. -Thank you

I trained from 1-60 mage pure on strike/bolt/blast spells. The hp xp they give you is great.

I agree, I can still remember the time when I was training with full rune on greaters (I know, dumb of me) plus about 50k of runes. Unfortunatly, a lvl 104 comes up and KO'es me when I was almost out of food. There should at least be a couple of lessers on Crandor Isle, avalable to those who had completed Dragon Slayer.

Same thing happened to me... I was logged on, logged out and tried to switch worlds, and they would not load. Possibly something with Jaugx servers that time? I tried rebooting and nothing helped. Came back 3 hours later, and it worked perfectly. Must be there servers or a hacking attempt (such a DDOS). Bonus computer geek points if you know what that stands for without googling it :-)

Just one thing: a system like that will cost you 2-3 thousand, not hundred... did you forget a zero? Also, I would recomend Nvadia over ATI and you really do not need that good of a graphics card. Pick up a mid to high range one for 200 bucks. SLI or CrossFire only help at high resolultions (1600 X 1200) and in fact sometimes perform slightly worse at lower resolultions. Anyway, that's just my 2 cents.
