Shilo would most defintely be the best place for fishing experience. The only problem is the bad cooking experience that comes with it. You'll still get a lot, but at the expense of cooking A LOT of fish. You may want to consider Monkfish as well.

Not really sure how this works but... when you're no longer a member but still wear your Quest Cape, it will stay on even when a new quest is released. After I logged on today, I was still wearing my quest cape (inventory was not full or anything) even though that Penguin quest was released.

Actually you were allowed to re-enter. The first post said if you wanted to change your costume you could resubmit it to me through PM or a post. I also realized that with the new TT items, new costumes could be made and posted a reminder that if anyone wanted to resubmit, that they could.

Alright, after adding up all the points people got from each Judge, the winners have been decided. If you're curious about how we judged, first each judge picked his top 3 candidates for the winners. Then all the candidates were added to the "finalists" category and then reranked among each other, giving them a place 1 through 10. Points were assigned based on rank (1st - 10 points, 2nd - 9 points, etc.) The ranks were also used in deciding the final winners, not just the points. The points were then added up from all 4 judges, and the winners decided. This was a very close competition and everyone is truly a winner! All the costumes that were submitted were very good and creative. It just so happens that these 3 people stood out among the rest. No, all blessed dragonhide is exactly the same as regular black dragonhide but with a different look. Of course, the coif is an exception because there is no black dhide coif.

I'd just say bad luck. At level 57 agility, the first time I attempted that obstacle, I tried well over 150 times. Maybe even more. Then the second time I had to do it for the quest, I did it in under 10 tries.

I've never seen someone with the same name as me but once I met my twin at the RFD chest. He was the same level and equipped with the same outfit (green naval, and some guthix items) and same hair and everything. I freaked him out when I walked in with the same outfit.

For fishing experience, fly fishing does give more exp than monkfish but since you want 99 cooking as well, the monkfish would give a lot better cooking experience. I would suggest monks in this case.

Not too sure on any, I'm F2P and haven't been on in a week or so. Colored eggs: Probablly around 5+ of each. Frog tokens/dresses: Most likely around 50 tokens, and like 20 sets of the Prince Suit. Firelighters: Around 20 of blue and green, and probablly around 10 of white and purple. Ecto-tokens: 400 some. Heads/hands: Crawling Hand and Big Shark Pouches: All Castle wars tickets: Uh, only 32. Full random event sets: None, except frog.

They don't look like any rare item really or anything else that's valuable. I think people just try to pass them off as rare items.

There are some giant tortoise's northwest of the Grand Tree in their own pen. It's north of the small swamp pen with king worms and toads.

Which slayer master do you go to usually for tasks? The Shilo Master How long does each task set usually take to do? If I actually do the task right away and stay with it, probablly only 1 to 2 hours. But usually I leave the task and come back later. I'm no avid slayer fan. What do you do or use to complete your tasks? I use whatever would be best for the task at hand. Cannons/range/whip/guthans/magic What is the best drop you've gotten from your slayers tasks? Probablly just level 3 clues.

Tortoise shells? Maybe people anticipated them to be used in Hunting when it came out, but seems it still has no use.

It's has bad mage defense. Try using something like Fire Blast/Iban/God spells or ancients.

Some JaGEx mods did say it worked against barrows.
