The requirements to get them and what they're used to make are different. Pure essence can only be mined if you have 30+ mining and are members, otherwise you will get normal essence. Pure essence can be used to craft any kind of rune (including combination runes), while normal essence can only be used to craft mind, body, air, water, earth and fire runes (the F2P craftable runes). This also causes a difference in price. Pure - 90-110 each Norm - 10-30 each

There are not going to be anymore tradeable Halloween drops, nor drops in general, or tradeable holiday items. The Halloween Event Reward though is a skeleton suit (Mask, Body, Legs, Gloves and Boots) and a Jack-o-Lantern helmet.

I'd think it was from the 99 skill capes, and the people who want 99 fletching who caused the price raise. Possibly some 99 firemakers as well.

Big Bones are the best you can use, regular and big bones are the only ones tradeable in f2p. He's comparing regular bones to big bones in his post. The pros and cons of using both. But yes, weigh the amount of time spent getting both type of bones, and which is worth it. Seeing how many people go for big bones and those monsters in F2P, it may be better to bury normal bones if you want to kill monsters to get them. Buying of course would be faster.

Herblore. : Great skill to have when it's higher, if you don't want to always rely on others for potions. Though it's annoying to get ingredients .

World 2 almost always has people rebuilding the temple and such. Just remember to buy your supplies in a different world before going to world 2, because the shop there is usually out of the more popular supplies.

Disclaimer: No one can accurately predict how the prices will change Yes, sometimes the prices do go down because of the inbalance between supply and demand. This was demonstrated in past years, especially at Halloween last year. Don't be relying on it though. Are you P2P or F2P? For P2P you can always nature rune craft, or merchant basic supplies (flax, essence, ores, logs, natures or other runes). F2P will be much harder, and I would recommend power mining to 85 mining and getting a lot of rune ore.

Are you P2P? Yes I'm guessing. If you've finished some of the RFD, the bank chest (in Lumbridge) sells cooking apples as well. Once you finish all the parts, it stocks with 50 apples I believe.

Well if you didn't even change your outfit to make this guide, it leads on your readers to believe you didn't want to put very much effort into making it. I also think you should move the first paragraph in a better spot, as I just skipped over it and looked at the big picture first. Good thing I've already Abyss Runecrafted before, or else I would believe that you're suppose to wear camo and an ancient staff. :shock: This is an ok guide IMO, more for very beginning abyssers. Maybe you could put more detail into the steps.

The reason I play Runescape is its difference from all other MMORPG's I've played. All the others I've played are alike in gameplay, combat, weapons, etc. Runescape is different because its focus on the many different skills, and the amount of quests and the distinction between the different quests. The graphics are a bummer though.

You only need the guthix staff to fullfill the staff part of the spell :P . I don't know why they have two staffs on there... :-k The Void Knight Mace can replace the Guthix Staff in the requirements to cast the spell. The mace can also autocast this god spell.
