  1. Um from the statue? I don't think there's any purpose for that one. The camel head is made through a different method.
  2. Powermine iron for F2P as you said, or powermine granite as a member.
  3. With alching you could make your money back, and still gain decent mage exp. Try yew longs or green dragon hide armour (self-crafted would be best).
  4. I lol'ed when I read the post about picking up respawning arrows.. Then I realized one method to make money back in RSC, was to pick bananas at Karamja and put them in the crate for 30gp. At least for us n00bs :D .
  5. It doesn't help with keyloggers though. They still would get your pw. :(
  6. Ah I remember the last one, or another event similar when I first heard about you guys. Still haven't got to join though. I'll be there!
  7. Collect resources as late as possible. This means you will build up more bonus resources, because those are dependent on how many "regular" resources you get: like 1 bird's nest for every 100 maples you get. But I would not suggest letting it drop under 750k.
  8. You could also range blue dragons to get your money back. I don't know how it compares to fire giants though. This is from RuneHQ's Special Guide on Crystal Items: Look mainly at the bottom part.
  9. It's like the northwest house in Draynor Village. It has a crate with visible marrionettes in it.
  10. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=516151 That sticky has most of that information in it. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask again.
  11. Video (emotes + capes): http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=555179 Pictures (emotes + capes): http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=555090 There are many threads in the P2P section on this. At least 4 or 5 on first page only.
  12. I believe if you didn't log in for over 6 months (or was it 1 year) your RSC account was deleted. I know mine was.
  13. *You could also resort to picking flax and spinning it. In large amounts you can easily sell for 180-200 each. *Killing green dragons for their bones and hides is also a good money maker. You could also save the bones for prayer training if you want. *If you can train up your runecrafting, you can do the ever so popular nature crafting through the abyss. I would recommend 50 so you can use Large Pouch. *You could also train fletching up to yew longs. Then buy the materials, or get them yourself to make yew longs. High alching them or just selling them will make you a nice profit. Offtopic: Phat drop in 2005/2006? There was only 1 and that was way back in like 2001. And it was only in classic, plus it never actually dropped phats, only Christmas Crackers.
  14. World 78 if the "official" Pest Control World. It almost always isn't very good though, because it's overrun by low levels. If you want consistently good and fast games, join a PC group like Affliction, Heart Unit or Heart Returns (the more popular ones).
  15. Are you reffering to combination runes (mist, lava, mud, smoke, etc.) when you say member runes? Most peope don't use those very often, except for the few quests when you need them. The tip.it guide has an explanation on how to make them though. Basically... You have to go to one of the altars (like air or water if you're making mist), bring some rune essence, the other rune type and a talisman of that. You'll use the talisman, the other runes and rune essence in the process. It fails quite often, so you won't get back the exact amount of runes that you expect. An amulet of binding (enchanted emerald necklace) gives 100% binding.
  16. Ya I agree with getting dragon bones and ectoing. The most profitable way would be dragon killing as previous stated. I would suggest buying buckets of slime as well from Charter Boat traders instead of getting them yourself at the ecto-place.
  17. He said "6 hours flat", so 6 days? :P EDIT: Wait 60? I'd say 8-15 days if you only play an hour a day.
  18. If you have large quantities of bow strings, it can easily go for 180-200 each. So I would save them and sell when you have a lot.
  19. Here's my oldest one. I didn't take too many back in RSC. This one is nearer to the release of RS2.
  20. I would personally train woodcutting (cutting willows) then using those to train firemaking. For fletching, I would stick with yew longs.
  21. I don't know when exactly, but it's been this way for a while. At least since I rejoined over 3 or 4 months ago.
  22. I don't think this is the right place if you're looking for a job. Or are you still looking for advice? If you are.. I'd suggest you search for threads on making money, or make a clearer post asking for ways to make money (please don't though because there are millions of threads on that topic already). And post your stats as well..
  23. It defintely is more "thread worthy" than most of the other spam and double/triple copies of other threads I've seen. Sweet find.
