Just curious, why do you expect yews to increase? Is it based on the new update of the level 99 skill capes? I don't think those will have a large effect on prices, because I would have expected the effect to already have taken place as soon as the Behind the Scenes came out. The actual release of the capes may lower or increase yews a little bit depending on how people like the look/stats. But if they do, I think at most they would increase to 325 gp each because the price is more set on total cost to make a yew long -> high alching one for 768 gp.
Why don't all level 3 merchants just get a d-chain? You guys make it sound really easy to merchant and get a d-chain from doing it, but how much time does it really take? Though Fire Cape may be more impressive, I can honestly say that merchanting for a d-chain is not easy..
 Another one of these threads? I've posted like on 5 now! Green Party Hat Prince Tunic (suit w/e) Green Navy Pants Rapier Bug Lantern Bonesack Dark Gloves Flippers Green Party Hat Green Naval Clothes (trouble brewing) Rod of Ivandis Book of Balance Dark Gloves Rune Boots Legends Cape Gnome Amulet
I dunno, how many people would buy an easter egg? How many people would know they could trade it for full dragon? Might not take a lot of skill, but it does take some and some thorough knowledge of prices.
How does getting the fire cape take luck? :? Unless you count the position where Jad spawns as luck, there's nothing about getting the fire cape that require luck. Anyway, cape is more impressive in my opinion. I would classify that as luck. :
I'd say it's not as impressive as a 99 skill cape of course, but still pretty impressive considering the hours you spend on these loong and booring quests. Now if there was a way to tell if you did them without any quest guides, there's an accomplistment.
Sometimes it's the last step. I know my friend had like 3 more steps after that once, and he had to go back into the wildy to fight another one. All luck I'd say. The Zamorak Mage is pretty easy if you have protect from magic. Bring a few food items, and maybe a dds or another weapon, and you should be good. Armour doesn't really matter if you have protect from magic. PS: It's only level 64 or 75.
For dueling you could use Veracs barrows armour for the set effect, or some people still use Dharoks there. Veracs is around 4,400,000gp - 4,700,000gp.
Are you thinking to go on crowded worlds because of faster respawn? Well usually there are lots of people, so I say go for the emptiest world at lessers even if it's not a populated world. Or you can go to Crandor lessers, 2 for 1 person is usually enough.
You mean reparing the temple? World 2 should be best for that. I don't know of any other good worlds. I suggest buying your supplies in other worlds before going there.
