If you are talking about the lighthouse head to barbarian assualt. Go north to the coast and you will see stepping stones then go over them to the lighthouse. But you wont be able to go in if you havent done Horrors of Deep like it says and if you've done the quest you should know this?

yes it is good but try to avoid any macro infested areas or your progress will be extremely slow
