Everytime I turn on the button that turns them on, the green light that indicates "on" flashes, but turns back off. Everytime I flick it a certain way, it does the flash again. What should I do?

I've been to Canada and all around the United States. When I was a baby, my parents and I traveled to the other side of the United States as a road trip. I've also been to Florida, Washington D.C., and Chicago. I've probably been to other places in the U.S., but nowhere interesting. :roll: I speak English, and I'm learning Spanish in school. I'm also currently learning Japanese with my dad.
