Hmm. This happens not only to vegetarians, but to anyone who isn't being careful and watching their nutrition. If you take a vitamin supplement (there are vegan ones out there :D), and get enough calories, and eat a BALANCED DIET (no just eating pizza all the time!) you will likely be okay :D It can be done, but it's quite difficult. The biggest challenges are (1) getting adequate and diverse sources of protein, and (2) getting adequate iron (some people aren't able to tolerate oral iron supplements).

be compassionate. dont make jokes, and use comforting words. let them all know you care deeply and revere this sad time. comfort your friend. give them a shoulder to cry on.

i almost went vegetarian, but then i thought that id miss meat too much. it tastes great and its a good source of protein, vitamins, and minerals! (and fat lol) being vegetarian would be hard. VERY hard. i would never get to taste sweet, sweet ham and turkey!!! :( An Important Note To Vegetarians: Remember, vegetarians are missing out on lots of important vitamins and minerals, and vegetarians often feel sluggish and get tired easily. Ahhh...Turkey Day is upon us once again! The sweet, sweet smells of apple pie and turkey are filling up the room......Wh-wh-what?! What's this?! Roast duck? Swedish meatballs? Fondew? agreed. the word noob is being used to desribe someone stupid or not knowing EVERYTHING about runescape, while the original use of the word meant new player. people are calling lvl 40-70s newbs, and theyre not. they arent new, and now people are thinking that if ur not level 90, ur a noob. it has to stop! :shock:

that would be the "Niles, Miles and Giles" mini game. if you talk to them, they quiz u very easily, and if u win, u get a gem or something. if u lose or ignore them *DUMDUMDUM* they convert all ur inventory items into notes :XD:

i got a couple tips for u. hope u find use to them. 1. fish. sharks, lobs, monks, watever. fishing is always in demand. 2. mining is good too. id suggest gold and coal. 3. kill things for valuables, barrows etc. might be costly and long though... 4. pking, though costly 5. merchanting, although u need some cash to start, around 200-700k. im not going to go in great details, but barrows stuff, large amounts of food, pots, etc. 6. woodcutting 7. runecrafting, but it requires fast transportation for effective money making. TIPS 1. dont fall for scammers; always check second trade screen!! :wink: 2. dont scam! its dishonest and people think bad of u if u do. i know i will :P 3. dont bug people and annoy them to buy ur stuff 4. be polite :XD: \ hope those helped \ rushrock

i personally think that suicide is ok in some ways...but for the most part its pretty bad. suicidals say "the world hates me, i should die", but they have no idea what they do to the people when they leave them...for good. the sadness u leave behind...cant compare to any sort of relief from killing urself. however, if someone has absolutely nothing or noone to live for, sometimes, suicide might be the right way...the torment some people go through...its very sad :cry:
