I think you should tone it down a little bit, because its easy to see that you're trying to show yourself as a nice, dependable guy for the admins. But to us normal users on the ground floor here you're just coming across as an [wagon] that cares to much about being a "moderator". No truthful person is that enthusiastic. Pretty much what i was thinking, but didn't want to say. You also need to remember, Mods are mostly OUR age... So they most likely know what you're playing at. As far as im aware, this thread was a bad idea. Leeches and Mod-hopefuls have been plaguing it with cliches and sweet-talk. If you guys want to make a difference, spend as much time in Help and Advise as you do on this thread. They DO need you to post.

The stats are actually alot better then the Spear. Im not sure what other special you were expecting though? Maybe post some suggestions...

I made this Suggestion about 5 months ago, but it was passed as taking too long to maintain and the relentless need to keep editing all the posts. However, this forum is to ASK for Help and Advice. Feel free to PM a Moderator if you feel this is 'Sticky-able', but expect a similar response i recieved.

I started posting on this forum, not even knowing what a Mod. I continued posting here as i felt i was having a positive influence on people. Im not going to stop helping people just because my avatar doesn't look different. Its a shame some people may not see it that way.

Exactly. And its even worse when the patient ones dont get a chance as their name has flow off the screen due to spam trades from the impatient ones.

The whole point of this thread is because when you set chat to trade, they spam it. Did you even read the post? And Thanks Dork. Takes a lot of spam to fill a chat window with nothing but trades in it, but if this happens to you then yes your suggestion is good :thumbsup: Oh, i see where you're coming from. And yeah, some places really do go mad with trades. I had the perfect example of a trade but forgot to save it. Thanks for the support guys :)

Yea, it's a win-win situation for everyone. If you are accepted your a Tip.It Mod Trainee, and able to help users...if not, and your declined, your told your reason for being declined, and if you work at it, and you fix it, your chances of being a mod may increase, and you help shape the community better. So no one should really complain about being declined. :-# Not to be pesimistic, but there are always the odd forum users who take offense to being declined, and revert to being a negative influence to others. I was declined for something stupid i did a while ago, which i now greatly regret. All i know is to keep my head down and continue to try keeping this forum as positive as it has been.

Yes i do, and it isnt that long, plus staking isnt hard if you learn how to do it without losing money, gratz. =] Why does everyone think strength is the factor in staking? I constantly win whip duels at 87/79 when fighting 80/85

Just stringing bows or fletch and strining? Cook is easy to find how much you'll lose. Take the price for each raw food, then the price it sells for. Cook - Raw = Loss then * how many you'll be cooking.

Yeah, but in place like w16 airs, chat tends to be off, and you cant add to ignore from just trading. My rant explains it in better detail. Look there if you're curious.

Well it takes 5-6 seconds for a trade. The thing im getting at, is people are aware you want to trade, just by one trade. So even if you dont get a trade for like 20seconds, they do know you're waiting. Spamming them isn't going to make a difference.

Heya, I posted this solution in my Rant, but i'll post it here too. Its simple; You can only trade the same person every 15 seconds. For exaple; 'Sending trade off to ABCD1234' *Attempts to send trade off* 'You have just traded this person. Please wait 15 seconds before attempting to trade again'. The main reason for this is to prevent spam trading. It will help in World 16 airs, law running worlds, nat running worlds and trading worlds.

I know its not a huge achievment, but it only took me a day :D I used World 16 airs, aswell as 1.8k cosmics through Abbys. My bank/stats. Some may remember i had a much more luxurious bank a few weeks ago. But i gave away/back 13M of it, and 44 rc cost me about 2m. -I've also lost a few million doing stupid things like accidently giving someone 9.5m for a Godsword Blade, instead of 8.5M, then selling it for 7.75M, so losing 1.75m, not 750K etc... Stupid things i do when not paying attention. Still worth like 35/40m, so not too bad. Well, rate away :)

Okay, this rant is NOT about Runecrafting. So please dont post here saying 'Pfft, why you doing airs at 44 Rc, do natures'.It is about the relentless spam trading of players at World 16, wanting to trade. Right, so i like to keep my players happy by making sure if they trade first, i'll see to them first. To do this, i trade from the first person who traded, and then work down the list looking at my box chat. (chat to hide). Now, theres nothing more frustrating then seeing this; 'A wants to trade' 'B want to trade' 'C wants to trade' 'C wants to trade' 'C wants to trade' 'D wants to trade' 'C wants to trade' 'D wants to trade' 'B wants to trade' 'C wants to trade' 'E wants to trade' -You can see the pattern. Now im stuck trying to see who traded me second, third and fourth, aswell as catch then names before they fly off my chat because some Kid has spammed me hard. The worst thing is, there is no option to add that player to ignore, as you cant 'Add Ignore' when someone has offered to trade, only when they chat. Its extremely frustrating, as i then lose people as traders, and feel like an idiot when they hurl abuse at me. The solution is extremely easy... Make a limit to how often you can trade a person before being allowed to do it again. Much like the report abuse sytem. Eg; 'Player A wants to trade'. *Player A tries to trade 3seconds later* Message to player; 'You have just traded this player, please wait 15seconds before attempting to trade again'. Its simple and will save alot of Runecrafters, and World 2 traders alot of pain. Any ideas?

yea i see that but omg the str bonus o.O Yeah, but then you cant use a Shield. I'd rather have a Whip and Firedragon shield :) Massive defence and still nice attack bonus/strength bonus.

Make Iron knifes. Buy the bars, make, then sell for what you paid :D Everyones a winner.
