You posted this earlier, and i gave you the exact same link. It was then locked, and you were asked by a Mod to use the same one i posted... Yet you make another thread? ... Please read your old ones. This isn't the Runescape Offical Forums, so there is no need to keep making new threads.

I use Guthans all the time. Take Anti-Fire potions and use Guthans on the Baby Blues. If for some reason and Mother Dragon spawns and hits you, you'll have the potion still protecting most of you. Or, like i've done before, you forget to re-equip shield, it saves you again.

Use Guthans at Bandits. Wear Zerker Helm, Torso, D/Rune legs, Best Gloves, Bet boots and use Whip and Fury for amulet. When you need to heal, pop on guthans and you're sorted. Its alot easier and less stressful then the others.

If you REALLY wanted to make this useful, you'd need to add thousands more things to that list. I post here often, and i always see threads on; Barrows Manage Thy Kingdom Daggonath Kings God Wars Construction - how to do it. Hundreds of posts on what to woodcut. Whats more is, if this were sticked and locked, only a moderator can edit the post, not the forum user.

To be fair, you'd be better off finding someone with an open altar, and just using their house. You normally dont even have to light the burners, and if its an Yanille, its even faster.

Given the amount of time needed to actually make the Steel bars though, you could probably make more money if you kept mining. :
