Yeah, thats a good idea. I only did maybe 40 runs of my main, but at 60 defence and 52 pray, i lasted like 3.5 runs before needing to bank. Safed me alot of time as i didn't have ancients.

I say this all the time, but range is still the fastest 99 to get. Using Chinchompas at Ape Atoll before the slight nerf gave something like 400k xp an hour... Now you still get 250k+ at 90+ range, and you dont have to do anything but drink p pots.

Just finished me task of Blues. I didn't pick up any drops. Only used 7 monks..Healed on baby Blues with Guthans. I like this task =) That is the method i was going to suggest. If you do use this, defintely take and use Anti Fire potions. It is easy to forget to re-equip the shield, or get fire in the back by a Mother Dragon. Its happened to me before, and if it were not for Antis, i'd have been killed.

Yeah, i heard Ape Atoll isn't really productive until about 70 as you'll fail often. If you stick with Wildy, in the long run, you'll probably get faster xp. When you stop failing Ape Atoll, go there.

Wont you get hit often wearing mith armour? I got hit alot using Torags :?

You'd end up with nearly 60million airs... As you level, you'll be x'ing more and more. Have fun :D

Erm, your friends may mean they'll be using Veracs. With Veracs its simple as you just smash through their defence... However, if they mean whips etc, then it will take waayyy too long other then maybe Karils and Ahrims.

Train on Monsters which drop clues. Level 1s or 2s are your best bets. With some luck, you can probably get a good item every two/three clues.

In answer to your question... Nez(w.e) Helm Strength Amulet Fighter Torso T legs Dragonfire Shiled Whip Dragon boots Zerker ring ...are the best strength bonuses outfit... However, i'd suggest training with slayer. When you get a black mask and kill a slayer monster, you get 15% attack and strenght bonuses, so its like praying all the time.

I dont rate f2p banks, but 7/10 for the stats...

Okay guys, i need some advise. Im going to be doing long haul range training, and i need some ideas for how to go about them. I have two options. The reason i've picked these is because i'll be using a laptop so i dont want to be having to click monsters using a touch pad... (very annoying). My first option is Rock Crabs. I'll either use knifes or arrows with Avis Accum. I need to kill 62k of them for 99 range. I've averaged maybe 8-10 arrows/knifes to kill each one, varying on range level. So if i use Knifes, i'll lose ALOT of money, but get it done alot quicker due to the speed. If i use Arrows, i can use steel ones, it will take longer, but cost alot less. The good points are they're low levels so wont need guthans or higher defence to stay. The bad points are they're not agressive 100% of the time, so will need to keep loading the screens, which will become tedious. My second option is Bandits. I will need to kill the same amount, 60kish. Same averages. Good points, and main point, is 100% agressive. They're also easy to kill. Bad point is i'll need 90 defence ish before i can make the trip worthwhile. I have no problem getting 90 defence first, but im looking for opions on what i should use and where i should use it. Also, any defence pointers and any other areas i could use would also be great. Thanks guys :D
