Well you can technically offend another player without breaking any rules listed. It can be "offensive" to another player to say: "I don't like that skirt your wearing because it makes you look like a girl". Offense can be ignored, it's just your own opinion whether you believe it or not. Any disagreement can be considered "offensive" to any of the people involved. So unfortunately, I don't think this is a good idea. Only when it is offensive when the person insults you on something completely unrelated, such as religion or gender, etc. But it's just annoying cause it's in "MINICLIP SPEAK" like "1337 j00 g3t 0wn3d pl0x", but the person can easily say "Excuse me, I think I can defeat you in the wilderness!" and you wouldn't get offended. It's just annoying, but shouldn't be considered offensive. This "annoyance" can be avoided with changing Public Chat to OFF instead of ON and your set! Or, you can just add that person to the IGNORE LIST. But it technically falls in the same category as Offensive Language, if they say something insulting your religion or values (not related to the game), then just report it under Offensive Language. -infamous

Nice, care to show me the santa you bought? Or the gp you might've sold it for? 8-) Santas wouldn't be 100 gp. It would be around less than 10 gps at the most. And even that is highly unlikely. When you die, it seems ashes and logs are worth more value than a santa hat in the Runescape value system.

Are you aware that they have teams of 100's making those games? And even that will take them a year? They even have a small team of 10 for the smallest things such as lighting...

Probably won't be a packaged PC game, since the majority of Runescapians play Runescape due to the fact that it is fast loading. Other than that, probably improved graphics for Java. Keep in mind that both RSC and RS2 are Java and RS2 has drastically improved graphics compared to RSC.

I know a guy who plays runescape that knows java says something about 2.8bil.. but no one will be near that amount any soon.

You get it if you lost an account and you want to recover you have to send information of jagex to prove that yo are indeed the owner of that account. They will give you a tracker-id to track the progress of the deciscion they have made of your account.
