  1. Any chance of making a tut on it? :P I Just love it... It's so... mystical and gloweh.
  2. That's gorgeous. Not fond of what the render is, but it definitely fits and goes well; it looks like the shape of a dragon, and I tihkn it'd be great as a dragon, thouh it's great as it is. MTV never fails. ^_^
  3. 800x800 > 80x80 = 90%? Dude, you r teh 1337 at maths. Because it's being reduced by an equal amount each side, it doesn't lose much detail.
  4. So what does it come under? Nature? Nah. /care It is to me. Besides; this woulnd't look right with only 4 Still look terrible. Meh, Water sounds totally crap, but Aqua sounds cool, Pyro sounds weird. Flame>Pyro Yes, I do, That was my second option, though the whole basis of this idea started with me visualising the Aqua like that, before I thought of any of the rest. exactly what i thought when i seen it. all of his sigs seem to take hours (according to him ;o) Yes I Know it seems totally pathetic, but yes, I did. Inbetween doing other things briefly, it took over half that time to try and find the right pictures that I wanted. The rest was spent trying to make it look as good as I could; there were several edited versions; it's the same with my sigs. Ya. I know. I've already said that. /care Soul is an element to me. It doesn't fall in Earth, wind, water or fire. Brush flames? WTP? Brush wind? Now what the hell? The idea of this was for it to be photos, so it looks (half)decent. Not a bad idea, but the whole point of elements is to seperate different things. They're not connected. Thanks, they've helped me think about the piece a bit more, though there's nothing I really want to encorporate into the design. Thanks nonetheless. ^_^
  5. Haha, that looks great, Lx0 strikes C4D Again I can't see anything wrong, that's great; how bout a grass floor? (Rendered)
  6. Aha, No_One has reminded me about 10/10s too, I might as well blabber my views on this while I'm here. You can't give 10/10.It's just impossible - 10/10 is perfect. Nothing is perfect. Things can always be improved in one way or another - perfection is just a dream.
  7. There's a VERY good reason for that. ...I don't have sparkle brushes Otherwise, I would've. Oh. Nor do I. *Runs off to DevArt - Time to get some more brushes to fill my already horrible enourmous lag-enducing brush list. YOu've seen it before. It's grown now. It's got a tumour. My comedic talent is never appreciated. :( :anxious: Schizophrenia. :-$ Yeh! I am not Gold! Gold r teh nub lawl, I r his schizophrenic, kleptomanic, ultra biogenetically engineered grasshopper counterpart; The Magical Badger, upholder of justice in the woodland area.
  8. Ah, so that's what he means! Yes now I look at it with a fresh eye, the rings are disgusting all over. They most definitely have to be redone. Thanks. Hmm, yeh, I guess it is a bit, I'll sharpen it. Okies. Thanks. ^_^ Yeh, as I say they're absolutely disgusting. Redoing. Well I had the idea of this a while ago, black background seemed the best for it, and I really can't think of anything else. Yes, I got banned so I'm openly reminding people that I'm gold. :P No, I just absolutely hated the name "Goldwolflord" so I ditched it and got a new name. ^_^ You have such a sharp eye; thanks a bunch.
  9. Is this the part where I start to get all emotional? :( OMG! /emo Indeed, yes. Something along these lines; http://url165.imageshack.us/url165/6559/eyedontbelieveitof9.png Oh, and check my wittiness in the file name. The result is great, I see what you mean, though I don't quite see a sparkle. I'll try a few things, though yours looks pretty fine as it is. ^_^ Thanks. zOmg! Victor Meldrew ate Cad! Never again, Cad. :-$
  10. TOp one is most definitely better. Looks good, a nice bit of effort looks to have gone in that. :D
  11. kekeke, noob. As for the wallpaper; it's a good idea and I think you almost got it perfectly. Just a few nitpickings; The outer circles, they don't look quite right. Perhaps just use a silver gradient? It seems like you tried too hard on them. Perhaps blend the element's name into the picture? Or place them under but to match? (I.e. Place the word fire under the flames in a flame effect.) Emphasise the soul picture. Some may not know the quote that "The eye is a window into the soul". Perhaps saturate and sparkle the colour of it? Other than that, it's a nice simple piece. Not my favourite though. ;) This is easier stuff to follow. If all fail, Cad will prevail. Lawl. Twas Cad who inspired me to start graphics-making. I originally came to TIF to discuss RS, but got owned by Cad. I see what you mean, I think, and yes I did think of placing the names below, though I didn't want to disturb the simplicity. If you get what I mean. I'll try that, thouh I'm not too sure I'll pull it off. Soul: Desature the outside a bit and add a tiny bit more saturation into the iris? Sparkle? How? I know, nor is it my favourite, but it's an idea I had and just had to try. Thanks. ^_^
  12. I'm waiting for more details. Shh. I can't improve if I don't know exactly how it's wrong, can I?
  13. It does count 7+ Layers (with the borders 11) I think I should show more of them, I put them all at a 50% opacy. Thanks rik, Skully, and Terley for the =D> Yes, I know, but the border isn't really part of a photomanip, is it? I mean, overall, it's easy to see that it's basically a zoom blur set on screen, with a border and original image.
  14. *grins the whole time reading that* *gets to the last few words and falls overt in shock* lol, hey! how are you? long time. thanks for the comments, hmm, lotr, hadnt thought of that in fact i aint seen it in ages, i need to watch it again, the short sword is covered in water, the face is random thing, just a im-really-bored-and-need-to-do-something picture =P Ah! Yeh that would make sense! ^_^ And I'm fine thanks. ^_^ Hope you are too. Curtain rope - the whip - not robes. :P The eyes aren't parallel with the face - the left eye is flat with the image, but the head isn't. Good good. ^_^ Sounds great, remind me over MSN if you finish before I post about it, would love to see and give some CC on that. (I've added you on MSN - [email protected]
  15. What I've been thinking since I started here. But always felt too... disrespectful is the word that comes to mind, but isn't right... to do so. Also, ratings are a common thing that come along with this and annoying me so much, too. Ratings do not help in any way. Ratings are different for every person, yet still don't help; a number won't help develop the picture and make it better, however a decent length post with criticism on the wrongs in it will.
  16. Yep that's me. How so? What's bad about them? I did this as best I could without any tutorials. Simple. Stock photos. How exactly do you expect me to take a decent quality picture of a wave like that; a female eye; a falling leaf; a flame with a black background; and a clear piture of a cloud like that? I'm 13, haven't got an extreme amount of money for a decent camera that I'll hardly use, and I'm male and don't know any pretty-eyed young models. ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâì_ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâì So it works for the idea, but not for the idea... Hmmm?
  17. First animation doesn't work for me - Gets to him saying "3" and then the screen has random lines of black - like noise - and then restarts. As for the 2nd animation; it's great, very well done. ^_^ Though the minimap is incomplete.
  18. Sorry, but I can do that in three steps; duplicate the photo, radial blur (zoom) and set to screen/lighten/linear dodge. Not the best of photomanips; the result isn't bad, but way too plain. The first photomanip I did was roughly the same as this. You can do much better, Jelly.
  19. Finally posted here on TIF. Some of you may remember me better as Gold.
  20. You've gotten so much better; very well done, PJB. These are great; detailed and well made. The very first set, if I'm not mistaken have a bit of a Lord of the Rings hint to them, do they not? Sting, and an elf, perhaps Elrond, or your perception of Legolas? Actually, looking at the short, stubby sword, it looks more like a blue goo, dripping from the blade, rather than a glow? The Ahrim's is good, despite him looking like he is wielding a curtain-rope. :P Not too sure of the next; the shape of the body reminds me of a llama, and the thing which he holds reminds me of a muffin. Llama with a muffin. As for the Verac's, the face doesn't fit on the head, though it's hard to tell at its standard size. Love the colours of the background; elements. And the last; the robes and cloak flow so well; its gorgeous colours and great structure really give a feel of the power. The dagger seems a little short and fat, though it doesn't matter too much with the deep, graven face, and the great robes. Once again, you've gotten better, and I think I would suit the last as your best yet. You may remember me better as Gold, by the way. ;)
  21. I almost think that was intentional. When that happens, it becomes transparent if in a transparency-supportive format, and if you see the checkers, it's because a pattern has been put there - purposely. You'll never see the checkers in place of transparency except whilst making and editing it; unless a pattern has been set.
  22. Oh noes! You have the same name! APOCOLYPSE NOW!!!!111111111oneoneshiftbbq!!!
  23. Looks as simple as a great soft brush.
  24. That's linework? :-s Line tool ownage in a can.
