I could see this affecting other countries as other large companies would soon try to follow. Least case senario might mean that we would have limited contact with our american friends. If this were to pass in America then it's natural that the UK would be very close behind in implementing it as well as George Bush and Tony Blair have good relations with each other and many things have already been used in the UK that were started in the US.

I feel that this is an extremely important topic that belongs in a higher traffic area then "off topic" Right now, AT&T, Verizon and Bell are lobbying congress to pass a bill which would end net neutrality. Net Neutrality is what is letting all of us access any site we want without limiting bandwidth. If this bill passes it will mean that companies will be able to designate bandwidth to sites that pay the most, limiting your access to internet sites, possibly even restricting access to sites that cannot pay the money. also I'd like to note that I joined rs in september of 2001, just after the wilderness came out. I was around for all the major clans including the first, second, and third RSD, BDK, BOS, most of the wanderers and others. Vid you are an indiot to think that MI created honor within the game or was even the best clan in any of rs history. It was widely agreed upon that RSD won the war against MI and the whole clan was at it's peak strength for only a month or 2, nothing compared to the amount of time other clans spent on top including RSD in RS1, BDK, Gladz etc. MI WAS a decent clan at the time but I wouln't even put them in the top 10 for best clans of all time. I think the wanderers were one of the best clans of rs1 and even though i was never in the clan, I have never heard anything bad about the clan even when it was still around.

I was in BDK and most of the ppl in BDK were some of the best pkers in the game. At their strongest point BDK took on all of RS and won which is quite impossible by todays means. The reason it ended was because there was no kinship between clanmembers and no one could really trust each other. BDK died when Azn Purity and Robin Hood had a fight and purity deleted the clan. The clan was restarted but never recovered and died within a month.

In a way I'm happy for Nova for maxing out on all skills in the game but on the other hand I feel sorry for him. In short term I know what it's like to be him. A couple years ago i got really heavy into rs and trying to get 99 hp with 99 mage and such during rs1. I was playing sometimes for 12-14 hours a day some days and sometimes more. sure I was getting a ton of exp per day but when you spend that much time on a game everything else in your life suffers. Most of the time when ppl play rs hardcore is because it is an easy way to feel important. You have a list full of the most important ppl in the game, all the new ppl look up to you and you can make and do anything possible in the game, it's like a new life and you are the king of the land. Nova needs to learn that you are only famous in the game as long as you play. As soon as a person quits the game, everything that he or she does is for nothing and will be forgotten. In 2 years who is going to remember Nova and his accomplishment? Nobody. At one time I was in the top 40 fighters and voted one one the top rs2 mages, Bluerose13x was once the first 99 smither and ran a monopoly on r2h's, muhahahaha used to be the number one fighter and the list goes on. It would be nice to try and rally the people for support on good ideas but I Think it would be best to get the top 20 clans or so to help run positive ideas for the game. Fan forums are good for discussion but many times they have ppl that just learned about the game or know anything about it. It could change results on a good idea for the game.

the likeliness is that if it's a dragon weapon that it would be something really good to have such a challenge in aquiring it. In multi wilderness only very large groups would have a chance at getting the item without being pked and only 1 person from the group would get the item. If it was a dragon pick then no one would go to the new monster resulting in a lame update. Remember, Jagex is trying to keep dragon weapons and armor rare so it's likely to be something good.

Hell, that's not too bad of an idea. Why shouldn't a person make a little money off pathetic kids that spend all their time playing a low quality videogame?

I saved a whole bunch of rsc pics on cds of zar family's 99 hp party with alot of famous ppl and misc pic and even have a few dm videos of joe jenninz, white rob10 and ownz u. I'll post them someday cause my comp at home has no internet

i am having that exact error. i ound that it could be solved by using wndows media 9 screen instad o windows media 9 for the video codec thing but then you hav to have an extrmely high bps and eve then it comes out blurred I think this may work then if you want to try paw_claws way

sure, it'd be nice to see a vid again You wrote this guide and not seen a video in ages? you should so check out my rs comedy eslewhere in this boring I have it on around 35 downloads and 8 replies authority tht it is hilarious I usually just get on the forum just to check out my post here and make sure that all pictures are working properly and such. I don't play Runescape anymore and don't surf the forums much because I am too busy with RL activities which is why I don't watch alot of RS vids. To thedrkjester, I used Camtasia before and for some reason I started getting that error a couple months before I quit RS and I couldn't fix it but for some reason it works now and I don't know why. I really don't know why that error occurs and if someone could figure out why it happes and how to fix it I would appreciate it. I think it may be conflicting codecs that cause the error to be issued when you download other progams with similiar codecs.

same here, I had 86 hp or so when I was lvl 100 where most ppl had 81 hp. It was after that I raised my magic from 47 and I also had pretty low prayer so I was pretty pure for a lvl 100

I'd still be considered a young player (only 20) but it's mostly the ppl that are 18 and up that generally show respect to other players on the game and when I played I didn't like dealing with all the mouthy little kids. I had a few friends on the game that were quite a bit older than me and I enjoyed their company. I believe Chevyredone is 39 and lameclod (if he still plays) should be around 51 (I always bugged him to go pking but he said he shook when he pked, lol)
