Once the visage is attached to the normal shield it can't be undone, Attaching it with Oziach costs 1,000,000 coins, I would suggest you buying the visage then finding a lv 90 smithing friend to assist you on it (I think you can use assist on this)

Why not buy a gear instead and go make MORE cash? So then you can spend a big amount on any skill you want :/

Not really, bandos is a good armor, claws are mostly for pking, pjing and related, I wouldn't trade an armor for a good spec weapon :/

Ok, best place is Marin Dungeon in Ape Atoll, You might want to do gray chins until 95+, I did it that way, as for pots, I can say about 100-200, rough calcs

Well, you can try Green Dragons, Go to Bandos GWD with some friends (Easy to kill)

You can fasten the process by buying the daily 64 Battlestaves at Zaff's Store with Varrock Armor 3 (If you're not doing it already)

If You're cheap: Combat Potions If you want the best: Super Attack + Strength If you want to blow money big time: Super Set + Prayer Potions using Piety Don't try last one if your base defence level is low

Almost true, if that person that is playing has a high level in that skill, it is very nice for leveling. If you do not believe that a low level can get attack/str/def/mage/range/slayer xp with out getting hp, then check out this guy from RSC Forums. [yt]DLfwYOKXxOU[/yt] How did that guy get like 800 zeal so fast :( He nolifed for a few days this is only fast xp for people who want to be the lowest level to acheive a 99 skill without getting other xp otherwise convantional training is faster ;) in my opinion, all the xp rewards suck, save hitpoints xp It'd be fun if he got all those to 99 but HP, then just train HP, every hit a lv plx?

Magic is powerful enough, barrage hits 30s and FREEZES, not underpowered IMO
