  1. wrong forum. i'll give this a go if i find time.
  2. MSpaint can do the job for pixel sigs. personally i'd use Graphics Gale instead.
  3. that's awsome thanks. now just need to find the time to read and try it out.
  4. hmm... i think i must've turned off smooth on the text. oh well. thanks for the C/C guys.
  5. people have different likes and/dislikes. set up a shop and hope for the best. i've seen some of your work, i quite like them myself. good luck.
  6. yeah there should be an ear, it'll look better. and that hand is freaking me out. it just doesn't look right, not sure why though. nice job though!
  7. grunge is like darkish, goth like images. premade is something someone made before had and wants to sell, can be any kind; pixel, abstract, grunge, etc. vector, not too sure about this one. :? abstract is similar to grunge but more bright and sometimes 3dish brushing. i'll see if i can find some samples...
  8. i see what you mean, i'll keep that in mind on my next sig. :?
  9. get away with what? are you an admin or something? anyways, i'm not sure what you mean about maker being hard to read. it looks fine to me. :?
  10. thanks teenage. yeah the pic wasn't blended well but i didn't want it too. that's why i gave it a pink glow.
  11. comment/constructive critism please? i didn't say rate it. :P
  12. just another abstract with a picture on it, throw some animation and yeh... C/C welcome. :? i hope it's ok to post this on Tip.it...
  13. needs more brushing, you can find grunge brushes on the net to help you and stuff. right now it looks like a few rendered clouds ovarlayed on top of each other.
  14. i think you can. if you use photoshop, delete the background layer bit of it. and then use the lasso tool, select the white space(s) and delete. that solves the transperancy part. then re-edit in image ready or whatever software you used for the animation, then save it again as a .gif, that should work i think.
  15. i like the linework. nice style on the character. the background can be done a bit better with more shading and the clouds on the mountain top doesn't look right. especially since there are no other clouds around. work on the background more. also, best to save pixel art as .gif or .png so it looks clearer. i think jpeg sometimes makes pixel art blurry and ruins it.
  16. they're both done nicely. i like the grim reaper better though. nice brushing there and i like the colours. the quote is abit hard to read though and seem blurry to me. maybe use a one stroke instead of 2/3? :? nice job rendering the grim reaper. good job all and all. 9/10 for both.
  17. the cloud effect is pretty plain but nice blending with the rendered picture. font can do with some work. but good for a first go.
  18. you should put a sample on it, alot of rippers going around these days. but yeah i like the linework. cartoon like and that's how i like it. the mime is abit too chubby, either make his body and legs thinner or give his arms abit more meat. awsome idea though. can't wait to see final.
  19. i say left. but use a better cape. they have one's that look better.
  20. so you ripped the background? tsk tsk. :? you can try out photoshop CS2 for 30 days. download at adobe website. or you can click here
  21. you did that in paint? are you sure? anyways, i have no idea how to make it 'transparent' in paint. only in photoshop. get photoshop, it'll be easier.
  22. buddy kit is a huge template opened up in paint which includes many pixel drawings of heads, bodies, weapons, etc. which can be copied and pasted in paint to create characters.
  23. editing of buddys. not bad but you should be more creative, as in starting from scratch and create your own style. but it does look pretty good. you should break it apart and submit it to add on to the buddy kit. :D
