It's worth remembering that the majority of the users on Tip.It are indeed Americans, and after the world watched 32 students be executed at Virginia Tech a couple of weeks ago, it only reminds us of how America has an irate gun culture without any consideration for life. Of course, then you can look at the murder rates caused by guns in America, 11000, compared with the UK's, less than 100. Do the maths: Americas population: 300,000,000. Murders: 11000. If the UKs population was 300,000,000 (it's only 60m); Murders: <600 ------ America, you can't say that guns are good and that they protect people. The UK doesn't have legal guns and a lot less people die from them per year. And to the idiot who thinks it's our human rights to protect ourselves - it's also our human rights to be protected. Guns do not fulfil that duty.

I think this will have an adverse effect, and make them go UP in value. Think about it: Same number of clue scrolls --> some new rewards --> some old rewards BEFORE: Same number of clue scrolls --> no new rewards --> all old rewards THEREFORE: Less old rewards being recieved, so price goes up as the owners of them quit/ don't sell them.

Remember that runescape is only a game and that if someone finds loot they don't need to give it back. The same applies to arrows - if they appear on the ground they are anyones to take.

I stopped playing runescape as much! I cut down my playing time by about 70%.

Yesterday (sunday) I played for about 45 minutes. On Saturday about half an hour - I don't have much time. :-w

I like the idea of being able to change usernames, but I don't think it should be charged GP. Maybe make it members only?

Ok I think I know what's going on in it. Firstly, notice the bow with the invisible player. I think this must be some kind of sci-fi image in which people are invisible except from the mage. Secondly, behind the mage, there appears to be some kind of missiles flying ( not the arrows). I have concluded that this can only be a star wars scene. The mages arm also appears to have had some kind of bad injury. But I can only assume that it was caused when the space rocket landed to drop off the invisible ranger.

Quest and skill capes. Suitable for what - 5% of runescape users? Then construction, admit it - the skill sucked. Not a lot of people have 42 construction to build the room. Sounds like the only good update is the bug fixes this week. And Jagex said October would be a fun month?

This doesn't make sense. A level 50 could have 700 total, rating 14. A level 90 could have 1200 total, a lot more effort in terms of xp, but only a rating of 13.
