Rugly world cup 2007 - France / Wales
Right you are, almost a knock out game already. I see and hope that the French will win and kick start onto a great run. Irony being, if they come second group, the host nation will play New Zealand in the Qtr finals...in Wales.

Cruelty to Animals: Whats your stand
No one here is going to turn around and say, "Yes, I'm for cruelty to animals. We need to be cruel" so that's pretty much a giv'n. Where the controversy lies is in the treatment of animals towards human gain. Taming animals was the first and probably most important step in distinguishing humans as the dominant species, so I'm not going to turn around and say "Oh we shouldn't use animals" otherwise, I, nor any of you, would not be sitting here today if our predecessors has. Thr arguement on the treatment is hard to discuss rationally due to the elements of ambiguity and ignorance. One persons torture is another's acceptable behaviour and some issues, definately for me, anyway, people do not know enough about the behaviour or what actually happens to make a fair judgement. Speculation and propaganda doesn't help, tyvm PETA. To put it this way, using animals is fine with me so long as it isn't used to excess. I think most people feel this way if I digress. If a cow is to be killed for food, then kill it in the quickest, most efficient and, importantly, humane way. Humane, we're humans after all, we know the boundaries so do it. Don't skin it alive or drain its blood or any of this bollocks, get it done with. If an animal is being tested for medicinal purposes because it's currently the best and most efficient way, again, fine by me. This of course is one of those issues I'm ignorant in, I don't know if there are better ways or what happens. I'd like to know the truth, but that's very unlikely. If it was revealed, like 100% positive, that somewhere like Burger King electrocutes zebras to death for their quarter pounders, then yeah, I'd probably boycott out of principle. But I just don't know.

UEFA Champions League/Cup - Euro 2008 - Leagues & Cups
I seriously thought he was gonna come out with "Words are like bulletts..." for awhile. Grant's a lucky man - doesn't matter what he does, he gets to play with a team until Christmas, when Hiddink comes available, and return to his old job - regardless how crap he might/will be. My mate had Mourinho first to the sack race at the start of the season. 50/1 and laid a tenner. Drinks are on him tomorrow! :P

Cool ways of earning a living independently
The Kicker. Come on, millions for kicking? I'm in. :) The guy who invented Facebook, too. I say 'invent', I mean over hear his mates talking about it and stealing the idea. Mind you, he's the only one who went ahead and took the risk by putting it into practice. The moral of the story to succeed? Here someone's great idea, then do it - better.

Reading Is good for clubbing/Clubbing experiences
If Reading is on your high points for nights out, frankly, I pity you. After seeing the sights of London, Newcastle, sheffield, Endinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff, Dublin, Belfast (neveragainneveragainneveragain), Paris, Marseilles, Naples, Ibiza, Majorca, Menorca, Newquay (it's foreign), Lanzorote Prague and an underground rave in Africa - for shizzle - the best night out I've had is right on my own doorstep. Liverpool is the pinnacle. I invite you all to spend a week with me here. You've seen my posts over the years and the kind of things I like to get up to. So, who's keen? ;) Btw, Achilleus, get a blog, save us the torture.

I'm having a nightmare with the webcam, it's the only reason I'm up at 3am! Will try and get this done by end of week, especially since I go to uni on Sunday. That would be quite the first impression. :uhh:

Might want to put the year and/or director to differentiate from an original and remake.
