I agree. I liked how Command and Conquer had cutscenes after you completed a mission, they felt like a reward. One thing that really annoys me is when characters do things you can't in cutscenes, like in MGS4...

Version 2.0.0.17, some of my clan mates have some problems with version 3 and Runescape :?, so I didn't update...

I've figured out where to change the settings, and have given Java 300MB to work with. But I still get lag, and I've been playing on the lowest detail too. I'm going to try IE tomorrow, it might be an issue with Firefox, but I doubt it...

I used to play waaaay back when 1.08 was the main patch. That account got banned because of map hack, which I forgot to turn off when I went online. Since then, I never could get back into the game =\...

Why don't you just keep the items instead of dropping them as you do the clues?

I'm not going to mess around with setting priorities. I don't have any programs I don't use regularly, so I don't have anything to clean up. I've set Firefox to clear the cache each time I close it. As for defragging, I haven't defragged my drive in over 5 years, and I don't see any reason to, since I formatted when I installed Vista (About a month and a half ago).

Well.. The lag is back, but not AS bad as before. I've ruled out heat, other computers connected to the network, and software conflicts. We've had a fire burning for the past few days, so I thought it might have been the heat, but we aren't burning anything today. My computer is the only one using the connection, since the other computers are off. I've also shut off Windows defender and firewall, turned off resident protection in Spybot, etc. The only security programs running are Avira, and Comodo Firewall. It's only Runescape that lags too, my torrent speeds are fast, web pages load quickly, and so do video streams. Maybe the RAM limit increase would help, as soon as we can figure out where it is :P.

I'm not concerned about security or anything, I haven't had a security problem in years. I just want to know how and why some anti-virus software are better than others. Most of the things I hear are things that never happened to me ("My systme crashed after I installed {Software}!!) or resource usage.

Could you (Or anyone) please explain why they're bad? I always hear that {Software} is bad, but no one ever explains why..

I used to play DotA when I played WC3. The majority of games were pretty bad due to bad team mates. One guy would die 8 times, not know how to farm properly, or just plain suck. The attitude of the players was also pretty bad. Eventually I just gave up. One of my favorite things to do though, was sneak past the creep waves with Clinkz and take out the tower and/or barracks. This usually had everyone freak out and scream BANNED though. I also liked using Huskar (The troll who threw spears) because many people thought they could kill me at half health. I usually got a good 5:1 K/D ratio. Other heroes I liked: Nerubian Assassin, Leshrac, Earthshaker, Templar Assassin, and Barathrum or whatever, the hero with the spirit walker model.
