  1. In the case of RA3, SecuROM limits you to 5 activations. You can install the game as many times as you like on an activated computer, but you need to activate it again on different computers. If you want to activate it more than 5 times, you need to call EA. I don't know how this prevents piracy though :|...

    Fallout 3

I've played around 8 hours so far, and I still need to go to the Galaxy News radio station . I'm only level 5 right now, and I'm just exploring. I need to get some better weapons though, the Mutants are scary and I can't get through the city part. Another problem is that I keep running out of ammo, so I can't finish some of the quests I'm doing...

A true combo is a bunch of attacks strung together that's very hard or even impossible to get out of. The reason Brawl doesn't have any combos is because the hitstun (The time you spend unable to do anything after being hit.) was lowered by a lot compared to Melee. Probably, but it's nothing compared to pro Starcraft.
  4. Looks like a good game, I'll probably be getting it on steam :.
  5. I believe that's nitroglycerin, and I think you can get it somewhere around the digsite.

Well.. It happens with any competitive game, and it depends on what level of play you're looking at. Every character has strengths and weaknesses, and certain techniques only they can do. Obvious weaknesses like Ness/Lucas having to use PKThunder as their recovery are easy to notice. Weaknesses like the infinite grab against Ness and Lucas with Marth are found out as the game is played. Low level players wouldn't be aware of things like hitboxes, priorities, and advanced techniques, so tiers don't matter. High level players know all about these things and how to exploit them, which is why tiers make the most sense at this level.

I use a Gamecube controller. My black one is much better, but the rubber covering on the control stick fell off so I need to glue it back on. My other GC controller (Platinum) is old and likes to turn my character around randomly.

Hm. I didn't see you do any snakeslides O.o. And during that Lucario/Snake game, the rubber thing on my control stick fell off.. The edges are kind of sharp .

Level 9's aren't that good. In fact, level 1-3 CPU's are much better to train with. But the best way to learn is to play real people offline or online.

    Fallout 3

Because it's part of the Fallout series. In the first two games you couldn't really do much after completing the main quest. I mean, you could run around and level up and possibly do some side quests you missed, but still...

I don't understand why people even ban c-stick. I mean, if you don't like using it because it doesn't work for you, fine your decision. But to ban it because it's lame, cheap, or whatever scrub excuse people come up with is just stupid.

C-stick smashes don't have that little charge time (Makes a... click type sound) and it's better to use when you need a quick smash. C-stick is also good for aerials since it's easier to DI. And MK is much easier to use than Falco IMO.
  20. The only games I've been playing on my Wii are SSBB and old virtual console games. In fact, the only games I've been looking forward to are on the VC ...
  21. Spirit Kyatt is the best way for iron ore. For coal.. I use the mining guild since it's empty most of the time (On members at least) and there's mithril and adamantite nearby. For the steel bars, if you're going to actually smith the bars into something, it'd be best to do this at the blast furnace. Bring alchemy runes, noted iron and coal, and some gp. Since the blast furnace uses half the coal, you'd only have to mine 13k coal, along with your iron.

  23. Probably to make the fire last longer.
