I don't think you can play custom stages online. And the best stage ever is one with two conveyor belts leading into a pit. You also make a platform under the conveyor belts. What you do is make it two player, but have player two sit on the platform under the conveyor belt. Then you pick Pikachu and set sandbags to high. You sit in the pit and spam down smash for some nice rewards :D.

I have an idea for stages. Each person will ban one stage, and that stage can't be picked for that set. For counterpicking, only way you could do it is by letting the other player know which stage you want to play on, and they pick it too. As for the seeding, I'll figure it out once we get everyone signed up. But the main thing I want to avoid is having an unbalanced bracket.

Announcement: I'm planning to start up another tournament in a couple weeks or so. The rules will be based on this http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=187735. The bracket will be seeded, based off of the last couple tournaments we've had. Only thing I don't quite understand is stage striking, someone please explain :D.

I never liked using companions. In Fallout 2 I just got Sulik for a bit so he could carry some of my stuff, and help out in a few quests. Anyway, I've done the GNR quest, and now I need to make my way to Rivet City. I also got the scrounger perk, so ammo shouldn't be that big of a problem anymore.

The major problem with ROB's air game is that he has trouble damaging anything behind and below him. Other than that, he's great in the air :).

The thing is, is that ROB has everything I like in a character, and Lucario has everything else. The rest of the cast (Except for Snake, I like him too) just doesn't fit my play style.

A few days ago someone said this place was dead :lol:. And the control stick on my old controller feels weird when I push up.. It's totally different from what I'm used to :?. On another note, I find most of the characters in Brawl boring to play for some reason :|. I only like using ROB and Lucario these days...

No, it's not that big of a change. The DSi is a bit smaller, has a larger screen, a camera, an SDHC slot, but it doesn't have the GBA slot. It's just a remade version of the DS with a few more capabilities :|.

I'm looking for a good surge protector but I don't know much about them. I'd like to know what to look for, a good brand, etc. One of the things I'd like is a battery so that if the power goes out, I can safely shut down my computer and/or console without losing data. We live in an area where branches fall on power lines a lot during winter, and we have those power strips that are supposedly surge protectors. I don't think those work well, since our friends had a branch fall on their power line a few years ago, and they lose three computer (And a car). So yeah, I'd like to get a good surge protector to prevent anything bad from happening. Thanks.

What a waste of two hours. No, I mean I never lost... Oooh.. I don't know why I didn't see it that way :lol:. Speaking of tilts, I have a really hard time pulling off u-tilts. Even if I barely move the control stick up, it's either a smash or I jump :?. It seems like I can only u-tilt when I'm standing still >.>. I think I'll practice u-tilts tomorrow.
