A game that allows serious business games and "for fun" games, is a good game. I don't play daily, or second daily, or whatever, but I don't see how it makes a difference. I mean, I haven't played Starcraft in a long time, yet I can still build a worker and then perfectly clone my starting workers to their mineral patches. Some things just stick with you forever I guess. And if Kent and mano are the best, what stops people from trying? It'd make them better players and allow them to learn the game better. Granted, I've never beat either of them, but still .

Ray reminds me of myself when I hated competitiveness in games...

How about this. When the league starts, everyone who's in has a record of 0-0-0 (Wins-Loses-Draws), and we play games that would affect the record. The rules of these games would be similar to tournament rules, with banned stages, glitches, etc. Everyone in the league would have to play each member at least once. At the end of a league "season" a winner would be determined by however many games they won. We can also use this system as determining skill level and then incorporate a point based system.

I've played the demo a bit, and it's so much fun. I was a bit worried that my computer wouldn't be able to run the game, but it runs great. I'll definitely buy this game.

More like the third game (Fire Emblem: Monsho no Nazo) for the SNES. FE3 was a remake of the first game (For the NES) and had a second half that continued the story.

I finally got some Power Armor, and the ability to wear it.. But it sucks ...

The only change I want from Nintendo is brining over more games from Japan. Fire Emblem DS is a good example, among other games.

I've had fun with all the tournaments so far, and no one is being forced to enter either. I'm not trying to speak for anyone, but I think everyone who entered had fun too. I also don't see whats so bad with having small tourneys either, if it's small, it's small. As for the official rules, I'm using them as a guideline but there's obviously a problem there, and I'm open to any suggestions to make them better. I understand. True, but it is kind of difficult to counterpick online. Not everyone has a computer in the same room as their Wii. It is possible to have each player let the other know what stage they want to counterpick, or each player PM's a plan of stages. Like if I lose the first game, I want to counterpick (Stage), if I win, we go to your counterpick, etc. I am thinking about adding some more stages like Norfair and Corneria, and everyone else can suggest some stages too. Even if the stages wouldn't be played on, it wouldn't hurt to add them. I guess tournaments are better with a lot more players.. I could scrap this idea and we could do something else, like the league Ginger Warrior suggested.

Wal-Mart and other department stores, or game stores like EBgames, Gamestop, etc. Here's the box art.

A store that sells PC games, or just buy it online, like on Amazon.

Maybe the TC hasn't played since RSC, back then ores would drop automatically if you mined one with a full inventory. More efficient to powermine and mine rune ore. It would take me 78k gold ore to get to 99, but I can mine 2.2k rune ores and just buy the gold. It would take me much less time to mine 2k rune ores...

The Orange Box has Half-Life 2, and the expansions, episode one and two. It also comes with Portal and Team Fortress 2. You can also buy Half Life 2 off of Steam, but I'd say The Orange Box is a much better deal.

In a tournament, the idea is to remove the luck factor as much as possible, and center on the skill of the players. Yes, it would take skill to knock your opponent into the Chimera, or avoid Pokemon and Assist trophies, but the appearance is based on luck. You get a Goldeen, he gets Latios/Latias. You're recovering, and an assist trophy spawns right next to him. The Chimera can also spawn while you're in a difficult situation too. Some characters can lose their escape option if a Chimera spawns right behind them. Kent: About Pokemon stadium, are you talking about the brawl version being bad? I thought that was Pokemon stadium 2... And I'd like to add a few more stages, any suggestions?

Yeah, the N64 controller is one of the worst controllers, and I'd say it's Nintendo's worst controller. The Gamecube controller is one of the best though ^_^.

A router is a device that splits your internet connection, so you can hook up multiple computers with one modem. Wireless routers cost around $50-$60, but these are US/Canadian prices.. In Australia.. Well I found this x.x http://www.myshopping.com.au/PT--64_Mod ... _8792_e__..

The N64 was great. I had some great multiplayer fun with my friends :D. My only income back then was a paper route, which was like $40 a month. My games. Yoshi's Story Space Station Silicon Valley The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Body Harvest Banjo Kazooie Harvest Moon Blast Corps Ogre Battle 64 Donkey Kong 64 I don't know why, but I never bought Mario 64, Banjo Tooie, Smash bros., Majora's Mask, or Goldeneye.. I picked up Ogre Battle a couple years ago for $10 at my local video rental store, which was a great deal considering the rarity. The store also had a bunch of games I wanted, Gauntlet Legends, Duke Nukem 64, Jet Force Gemini.. All for $10 or less, I was foolish to not buy them =\. But Ogre Battle is an excellent strategy game, and I've spent many hours on it. I've made so many units, made great characters, found some good equipment.. But I never beat the game once . I should pick it up and beat it one of these days.. Body Harvest is a great game too, an early GTA 3 actually. You go back into different eras and locations (Greece 1916, Java 1941, America 1966, and Siberia 1991) to fight aliens, that attacked those eras.. I don't know why they didn't go further in the past or something though. It's also a game I never finished, I got stuck on one of the stages and got distracted with other games.

Buy a wireless router. And good games Alex. And I'm opening the sign ups for the winter tournament ;O.

How about we just use the starter stages? Battlefield Final Destination Smashville Yoshi's Island Castle Siege Delfino Halberd Lylat Cruise Pokémon Stadium 1
-
You can shield the beam :o. For stages, we can have two lists and each person can ban one stage per list. One list would have starters, and the second list would have the rest of the stages. Dave's stupid rule will also be in effect.

Stickers too ;O. I made each round 8 minutes, and I got around 4-10 CDs and over 50 stickers each time. I don't think time really matters though. And you won't get any CDs if you already have all the ones that drop. I also noticed that the more "fresh" the sandbag is, the more it drops.
